A tree branch fell and damaged my fence during the storm last week; I contacted Greg (owner) via…read morephone. He was out of town but still insisted on getting photos and providing me with 3 options and estimates. It was not an urgent need (fence was still keeping dogs in) so he was able to dispatch a crew the following week. They were punctual and from arrival to departure completed the repair in 45 minutes. Pricing was, as before, fair and upfront.

He beat everyone's price and had the best 'get the job attitude' of all my other equal bids. Gregory's crew did a great job on the fence (8' board on board with steel post and terraced where it faces the front street. It looks so nice! The premium cedar they use is clearly superior to some of the other stuff I've seen around here. The crew was clean, polite and fast. I would strongly recommend Greggory and Landscape Investments. Actually, when we got around to building out raised beds around our trees, and flower beds we called Gregory and were able to get his crew to do that work as well at very competitive levels. I've seen his truck in the neighborhood doing more fences as good news travels fast. All of the other fences he is working on look great as well. Price mattered to me as a new homeowner, and it didn't hurt to get the best price from Landscape Investments. But the best part was working with a reasonable and ethical man. Thanks Gregory, and best wishes for you, your family and your business.

Mike communicated with me frequently and was readily available when I had questions. Top notch in customer service, quality, and pricing for a fantastic patio cover installation. It turned out exactly the way I wanted. I had the patio pad extended by 4 feet and wanted a seamless look from the roof to the cover. Must haves were ceiling fans, lights and an additional outlet installed. RezComm did a great job, thanks guys!

DELAYS, FALSE REPRENSENTATIONON, AND POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! NOT RECOMMENDATED!!! In July 2025, we…read moreadvertised a construction job on Yelp to enclose our existing back porch with two walls of windows from floor to ceiling and an eight' sliding glass door. In essence, we wanted it to turn it into a modern-looking sunroom. They were confident they could build it, so we contracted with them to do it as soon as we had HOA approval and obtained a city building permit. They required 50% payment upfront so they could special-order the custom windows and door. After we obtained HOA approval, Mike Davis came to our house and said they can't build it per the contract drawing and tried to persuade us to accept something that had almost as much solid walls as windows, no transom windows, and no more floor to ceiling windows, but with material you could buy from almost any home improvement store. His reasoning was the transom windows would not fit even though he put them on the contract diagram we had all approved. Also, the proposed windows would be narrower and would not be floor to ceiling saying the city building code wouldn't allow it. He also said they could not get the color window frames we wanted, and the frames would be vinyl instead of aluminum as promised. Most of his excuses were found to be incorrect. It was not what we contracted for them to do. This upset us very much and we told his business partner this was probably breach of contract and we wanted our money back so we could hire a different contractor. After we rejected his cheap imitation of what we wanted, we found out his business applied for a building permit with his new drawing, not the contract drawing, and not what the HOA had approved and without our approval. Afterwards, and months of negotiations, they hired a SUBcontractor to do the job. A design with floor to ceiling windows with a large eight' sliding glass door. After many delays, in mid November 2025, the subcontractor installed the sliding glass door and windows. Everything was acceptable except for the screen doors that didn't fit well and had a hole rubbed in the screen. The SUBcontractor said he would have the manufacturer replace the screen doors and would return and install them within 2 weeks. Razcomm was paid in full the following day. In the meantime, it rained and water flooded into the house under the window frame. This was reported to Jason, the business partner, to relay to the subcontractor to fix. The subcontractor never returned to do anything. According to Jason, the subcontractor would not respond to his texts. Finally, after months of requesting every other week for someone to fix the leak and the screens, Mike came and put caulk under the frame to stop it from leaking. He said he would fix the hole in the screen but never returned. He and Jason were blaming everything on subcontractor, but our contract is with Razcomm--not the subcontractor. As of today, their website on google could not be reached and neither Mike nor his business partner answer texts or email from us.

They're custom-made, so they do take several weeks to make, but I'm very happy with the result. They fit the windows perfectly and look much classier and stunning than boring window blinds. Bloomin' Blinds doesn't charge extra for putting the rod behind the shutters, like other companies do, and they also take your blinds away for you -- that means you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding a way to dispose of the old blinds. I have eight windows and one door, and it took Javier only about an hour or so to do all the work. This was a great investment in my home - money that would've been spent on vacation last year went on my windows instead, and they look fantastic...elegant, simple, and classy. Javier and Kari have a great quote and installation process, and the team was good at communication. Just be prepared to wait ~8-10 weeks for them to be made, but custom-made is worth it.

Very expensive for what you get…read more About a year after installation, the remote for one of our shades stopped working. When I contacted the company, they acknowledged that they had seen this issue with other remotes from the same timeframe. Instead of scheduling a service visit, they simply sent me a link to purchase a replacement remote along with instructions on how to pair it myself. I appreciate receiving the instructions, but I paid for a premium product and professional installation. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect some level of customer support when a known issue occurs. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication--I had to call more than 10 times and send multiple text messages just to get a response. If this is a known problem with the remotes they supplied, I would have expected them to stand behind their product and take care of syncing the replacement remote themselves, rather than leaving the customer to handle it. For blinds that cost around $1,200 a window with faulty remotes apparently, I expected much better customer service and post-installation support. Based on my experience, I can't recommend them.
