I signed up for supernatural brows October training course ($6,500) to start up my business back home in Dallas Tx with my friend who also paid her course individually. We flew in to Las Vegas specifically to take her classes because I thought she was legit from instagram & I was looking forward to learning from her. Monday when we arrived to class 5 mins late she was gossiping to her students throughout the whole entire "class" and continued to do so instead of teaching us brows. She told the class all about how she loves drama, how she met her husband which was her friend's husband at the time & that same friend gave Hannah a job opportunity at his tattoo shop & then ended up with her husband. Hannah kept talking about all the lawsuits she has going on & talking about other artists on the daily. Saying things like "this isn't a skinny girl boss babe course" gossiping about her husbands ex wife & her kids telling us every detail of nothing we asked about or signed up for. Monday-Wednesday when I would ask her for advice or 1:1 help she would come show me & then leave not check my work or correct me. She put me on blast in front of the other students instead of pulling me to the side & addressing any issue. On Thursday the day we were supposed to have models I was not supposed to be in class until 11am-12pm since my model was at 2pm but at 10:15am she sends a text in a group chat with my friend who I flew up here with asking if we are coming to class today, when I reply "waiting on uber" which we were since I was just going to carpool w my friend who had a model at 11am, then Hannah sends another huge paragraph falsely accusing us of things, stating we are no longer welcomed in her class & that she will not be certifying us which is why we came here. Honestly after day 1 of the "training" I knew this was not worth $6,500 but we tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. We take an Uber to talk to her & ask her for our money back since she denied service to us for no reason. At this point I don't care to be certified I just want my money back. When we walked in to "supernatural brows" she comes storming out of the room & starts screaming "GET OUT, GET THE F OUT" I ask "what did I do to you?" And she starts screaming in front of her husband and says "get the F*** OUT broke b**ches go home" (I have this all on video and more btw) I ask her to return my $6,500 she got from me and my friend ($13k total) and proceeded to scream, threatening to call the police and have us arrested for trespassing when I had paid her a lot of money to be in class. I also called since I did nothing wrong. She was telling the police over the phone that we're doing drugs in her restroom when we had just got there we were standing in her lobby (the only "drug" I did in her class was Tylenol sinus since I had a cold) After begging her to return the money she said you're not getting your money back & her husband says "the police can't make her give you money" We waited for the police for an hour then we left and filed a police report. Highly recommend you find someone else to learn from as there are professional options & talent everywhere. I don't recommend this training course. read more

I found Hannah because of a 'bad' word of mouth review. I already loved her based on what this client was saying. Hannah is punctual and expects the same from her clients. I love a strong businesswoman. So I checked out her work on Instagram. I'd been flip-flopping on whether or not I really wanted to tattoo my FACE, because I like to change my brows with current trends and also for costuming. As soon as I saw Hannah'a portfolio, I knew I'd found my artist. Her style was similar to my own, and I could see from her models that she understands bone structure and how important that is when finding the right shape for each individual's face. I booked my appointment and diligently read all the contraindications before my appointment neared. I wanted the best possible results since I was investing a good chunk of money and IT'S MY FACE! Knowing her strict cancellation and late policy, I made sure to allow myself plenty of time to allow for traffic and my inevitable ability to get overwhelmed and lost when going to a new place. I'm glad I did because it gave me time to wander the Suites and feel comfortable and relaxed when my appointment time came. Hannah immediately put me even more at ease with her conversational consultation (I didn't even REALIZE we were getting started!). She looked at me for maybe a total of five minutes before she had me hop on the table. Scary! But she had the Office playing on the tv, so I felt like I was in good hands. She spent half the appointment mapping my brows and mixing a color that was perfect for me. She explained how they would look immediately after, as well as during the healing process. It might not be pretty, but she told me she would be there to talk me down if I had any concerns throughout. The process of adding pigmentation was surprisingly comfortable. At the worst, it made me want to sneeze (but I didn't!), but usually felt like taking a kitten's little toes and lightly sliding the tiny claws across your brows. Definitely not painful, and almost felt satisfying! Hannah explained how to care for my brows during the healing process and beyond, she also emailed me an aftercare sheet to refer to in case I forgot anything we talked about (which I did--I was so excited!). She gave me a small container of Shea butter to condition my brows. We scheduled a follow up about two months out, and I LOVED the shaping and look so much that I decided to go bold! We added the fusion service so I can go makeup-free some days, which I haven't done since MIDDLE SCHOOL. Again, the process was seamless, and the healing was quick and beautiful. My friends and clients haven't stopped giving me compliments, and I can't quit taking selfies! Definitely recommend Hannah if you want a professional, comfortable, friendly experience, with flawless results! read more

I can't put into words how happy I am with Hannah's work. I'm not even fully healed, and the experience has been life changing! It was all I could do not to cry like a big baby when I saw my brows. I've been so self conscious of my brows my entire life, and Hannah managed to crush 25+ years of insecurity in 120 minutes. She is, by far, the most talented microblader in the entire US. I researched for two years straight, and I knew when I stumbled upon her Instagram that she was the one. Her prices are more than reasonable, 8 week touch up is included, she's located in a very posh building with an amazing bakery downstairs, she's super sweet and really easy to talk to, plus she had The Office playing while she worked so we had some laughs. She also is very quick to respond by text and email. Apparently the real magic happens at the 8 week touch up, but I'm blown away by how they look now. Seriously Hannah, you rock. Thank you so much! Beware! I had a terrible experience with her sub par technique. Hannah is incredibly unprofessional. She tried to claim I was never a client on my first review & flagged it while responding with some bizarre claim about a lawsuit - so unprofessional. I have first hand experience with her terrible technique. If she spent as much time educating herself on proper technique & less time harassing unsatisfied customers she might have a stronger clientele & staff. Please do your research as there are several cleaner & professional options around. There's a reason she moves around so often & can't keep her space occupied. read more

This artist is very aggressive, rude, and clearly sees people as dollar signs. There are tons of talented brow artists out there, do you wanna use one that's unpredictable and selfish?? I prefer my artists to have an attitude to match their talent, which this artists is severely lacking. She wasted enough of my time for me to cry about it, literally she made me cry. NOT HAPPY TEARS. She's talented, but a REALLY unpleasant person. She advertised Tuesday that she needed a model in Newport on Thursday in exchange for a free service. (She relocated her business from Washington to California) I live in San Diego, which I told her. She told me she had the whole afternoon free and whatever time would work to drive up on Thursday. We agreed on 3 o'clock and I asked if she wanted earlier but she assured me she had a free afternoon. The drive from San Diego to Newport has super unpredictable traffic so I was kinda worried about time, about hour and a half drive. I also work a full time salary job, so with short notice I requested the afternoon off from work Thursday and asked to offset hours Wednesday/ Thursday morning. I worked a super long day Wednesday and canceled other plans to accommodate. I also woke up at 6 am Thursday and worked early. My car had also sat though quarantine so I got my oil changed which turned out to be a huge effort over lunch, and I dropped my dog off with my parents for the afternoon. With everything said and done and because I'm human, I was going to be 20 minutes late to my free appt. well when I contacted her and said so she said she didn't have a free afternoon, that she had a client at 5 and I couldn't be 20 minutes late, only 10. She's not even supposed to be having real clients because of quarantine, that's why I volunteered for this!! I had put so much effort into making this work on such short notice that I tried anyways. I made it halfway and messaged her again saying my gps said 320 firm and she cancelled. She called me entitled when I tried to tell her that it wasn't nothing for me to work out a drive to another city and an entire afternoon away on a work day during quarantine with two days notice but she couldn't finesse 10 minutes. She got very aggressive with me really quick, and when I read the exchange to my mom ( in tears) she was take back by the artists lack of curtesy or understanding of why this wasn't "free" for me. I fit criteria she needed and I was willing to work it out in my life in exchange for the free service because I thought it was a fair trade for me to hustle from another city on short notice. But I was naive to think she would respect the exchange or my time or me. This is a hard time in the world people! This was exciting for me! A bright light in a not great time that I was obviously excited about because I put a lot into making it work!! I get she was offering a free service, but I was also driving to another city on short notice so she could do my brows how she wanted and film and photograph it all for marketing online tutorials she sells! There are so many what ifs, but the bottom line is she would have been willing to put me through 3 hours of driving for her 10 minutes. And man did she lambast me when I said it was upsetting. Literally verbatim I said this is upsetting and I got called names and blocked. I wanted to pay to have this service done with her, which I would have done had this opportunity not arose, but now I just hope she doesn't waste anyone's time or get anyone sick. I've already selected another artist who is equally polite, kind, and patient as she is talented, and I recommend you do the same. read more

Hannah has been my brow artist since 2015 and I have only lovely things to saw about her. She is extremely patient and listens to your every need. She is a professional through and through. I respect the way she runs her business and the respect she expects from her clients. It can be hard to run a tight business and she makes her rules and regulations clear. I tend to be a person who runs late because time just always gets away from me. so I always show up 30 minutes early just so I don't waste anyone's time. DO NOT GO!! Hannah ruined my face. I'm now stuck with the exact eyebrows I showed her I DID NOT WANT. I have to live these awful extremely thick shape that isn't complementary to my face nor features. She essentially gives most people the generic eyebrow regardless of what you ask for. She rushed through the entire process and completely ignored what I requested. If I could do this all over I would have never gone. She doesn't listen. She doesn't care. She will screw up your face. DO. NOT. GO. Reply on 3/11/19 to Hannah's response: Hi Hannah, I'm glad you brought up the mapping cause I DID NOT approve the map. I said the size was too thick and there was no arch. And your reply was "let's start here". You are supposed to be the expert here. What part of "there's no arch and it's too thick" is an approval?? My friend heard the exact same thing. So please do not go around telling false information about what happened. This is a platform for customers to know the truth on the services provided. I stated to you that I did not like the shape nor arch - again you are not listening. I understood that initially the size would be thicker, but that's not the point. The problem is the shape. Regardless of the thinning out the shape has been made and that won't change. I will have to pay the consequences for your mistake. I hope you don't do the same thing to someone else and blame them. What kind of accountability is that?? I would also encourage you to include a photo the eyebrows I came in with filled in - versus my bare brows which you then accentuated. I opted for microblading to ALTER the shape of my eyebrow with more arch - i.e. as per my eyebrows when filled in. Word of advice for everyone - if you're interested in getting your eyebrows microbladed by Hannah, only do so if you're comfortable with HER deciding the type of eyebrows she wants on YOUR face. Very professional and fun! Hannah made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. She mapped out my brows and made sure that they were the shape and color that I wanted ( I wanted my natural shape just with more hair strokes - image attached was taken from her Instagram account) She applied light numbing cream and talked through after care with me. I would also like to note it was painless. To me it felt like someone drawing my eyebrows on. I don't know if it is because I have a high pain tolerance or she is just gentle with her strokes. Another bonus: I had concerns before the appointment and emailed her with a couple questions - she responded right away and was very sweet! I got A LOT of compliments on my brows.
