Staff was very friendly and I came here to buy disposable vapes, Kang brand, which I always buy but from different stores. I bought 2, first one was a dud so they gave me another one to replace it in store. Not even 20 minutes later the 2 I had got from them ran out immediately of juice, almost like knock off disposable vapes. They sell counterfeit products. I bought an e-cig and before I even opened the box or left the store I checked the verification on manufacture website and it was flagged as counterfeit. I asked the sales associate about an even exchange or refund and even after getting their manager they wouldn't. Even after showing them the proof that the product was counterfeit. Was not impressed by this place. Mainly by the service. The selection of smoking products is good and a decent size, had no problems finding a cigar. The service was not exceptional. The employees were rude, arrogant, and condescending. All 3 were sitting behind the counter talking amongst themselves and I would catch them all watching me as I looked around the store. Wouldn't recommend. You'll have better luck going down the street to another smoke shop. read more

This place is amazing. I didn't realize it was so big from seeing the outside, they have a huge selection. The Asian man (sorry, didn't get your name!) was knowledgeable and helped me buy the perfect water pipe for my budget and needs. I was looking for a quality grinder and found one at this business. I could have saved money by buying online, but I do like to support local businesses and was will to pat the higher price. I had my wife pick it up since I was unavailable at the time and she doesn't really know what she is getting. Bad decision, the grinder was used and dinged up a bit, sold out of box as a new item. I called the store within 30 minutes of seeing the grinders condition but received only attitude from the female employee. I sent multiple emails to the owner just asking for a face to face to discuss the issue. Not one call, email etc. I would not recommend . Take your business some where else in San Antonio. Giving this place one star for their lack of service and support for the products they sell. I bought a Smok Rolo Badge and 12 days later it no longer works properly. Took it back and was fed a BS line about they can't exchange or accept a return because of a FDA regulation that if they did they would then become a manufacturer. The FDA regulations that he tried and failed to quote is as follows, "If you make, modify, mix, manufacture, fabricate, assemble, process, label, repack, relabel, or import any "tobacco product," then you are considered a tobacco product "manufacturer."." Not standing behind the products you sell and recommend makes you a shady business and sales person. This is especially sad after I bring in friends to buy from your business. All I wanted to do was exchange the product I bought that didn't work anymore for one that did. This is a common process and practice in 2018. But that ok. I'll take my business elsewhere and steer my friends away from this place. At least Smok has a warranty process that I hopefully can get them to support. read more

They got most products I need and have a good selection of CBD products. Staff is really cool to talk to and knows what they're talking about, and not afraid to help you save money. Love coming here because they got so many juices from the best brands. terrible staff. the guy without the dyed hair was speaking in a rude the whole time.he sounded like he hated every second of being there. i could be wrong but from personal experience it seemed like he was on a comedown from stimulants, i heard him sniffling the whole time and he looked flushed pale. went to my car to get my card and he refused me business because he couldnt verify the age of the passenger in my car. who was also denied service because he only had a paper id with a valid scannable code he refused to scan. dont give them any business if you like to be spoken to politely.they wont even scan your id to see its real; he was arrogant. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star. I went in and bought two disposables and as I left the parking lot neither of them worked at all. I drive back to the store, not even gone 5 minutes and they told me they couldn't give me a different one at all, because I walked out of the store already. $40 down the drain. Rude as hell! First, I called over the phone to check if they had a specific vape mod & get the price before driving across town. They told me they couldn't discuss prices over the phone, & during covid really?! It's smart to go to the least amount of places as possible during a pandemic, and I would have done curbside anyways but I guess you don't get a price til you drive there & they bring it out to your car? I still gave them a shot anyways and drove there the next day. The girl assisting me was rude as h*ll & everyone who worked there acted annoyed and like they didn't want to acknowledge anyone. I was in there for all about less than 60 seconds before leaving because of the rude & unhelpful staff. I frequent this Supernova quite often due to other places. They have great placement of items so you know where to look as soon as you walk in. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful about each piece or item sold in the store. They also try to keep everything in stock from wraps and papers to cleaners. They even try to add new wraps if a customer knows of one. I personally witnessed an inquiry about the Twisted Berry Swisher Sweets and not even a week later they were added to the shelf. Went in to purchase an item 4/5 and was greeted with the worst customer service. I have been here many times but this one instance has changed my view of this place. When I pointed to the item i wanted he aggressively told me "Please stop tapping the glass". Which I apologized and kind of assumed he was joking since I didn't think anything I had said or done would have warranted that sort of response. He then argued with me over which item I had pointed to. I just said "fine i'll take that one" and i walked towards the register to check out. He then said "i need to see your ID". So i politely handed him my DL to which he hardly glanced at it and THREW IT BACK AT ME!!! I then said "Is there a problem?" and he just smirked and stated the price. So i picked up my cards and decided to take my business elsewhere. On my way out he said "See ya f*gg*t". I come here for just about everything, from vapes to water pipes and they always have what i need/want. Ive never found better prices on juice anywhere in town, and their juice selection is insane. Nice enough people and good service. But I spent 200 dollars on a full Smok vape setup a week ago and the screen on the mod went out and the product is under a manufacturer warranty which states I can have my product replaced by the vendor I purchased it from. This company (Supernova) will not uphold it because they buy the products from "distributors" which somehow breaks that warranty on the product they make money off selling. The product may be defective but the manufacture has covered themselves by ensuring it would be replaced on their dollar by the retailer, reason being for the convenience of the customer I imagine. Supernova is irresponsibly selling these products when they cannot uphold all that is guaranteed when buying it. If I'm not getting a warranty that lets me go to the vendor and replace my unit the same day out of convenience, I should be paying less for it because now I have to send it in, and have a useless atomizer until the issue is resolved. Again, the workers are fine but I wouldn't recommend buying products with a warranty from this company because it's a bad decision as a consumer, and I'm now having to jump through hoops whereas a licensed retailer of Smok products should have honored the warranty. I've bought glass and other items there in the past but I won't be bringing my money back until they can promise everything that I pay for when buying the same products plenty of other shops sell. read more
