I stood patiently for 5 minutes to get a price on a guitar (the only one where the tag was not visible). When the man standing four feet away called, "Next," I asked what the price was. Ive come into the store for the past 2 Days to see if I could pawn a Cartier watch. Everytime I show up the manager who is "certified" to open up fancy watches, which sounds like bullshit but Whatever is never there. Finally I show up on the day she's supposed to be there(that One of the workers told me she would be) I wait and finally get to the counter. She takes a look at it and tells me that I would have to come in tomorrow because it's 1 minute till closing which was a lie(I looked at my phone and I still had plenty enough time till closing), I'm not going to Argue with her about it( it's obvious she lazy and wants to go home after they close), but what messes me up is that even after 5:00pm customers were still coming into the store. She always has such a terrible attitude!! I don't even know how this place is still open ! I tried to sell game device they wouldn't take it unless I had literally everything for it (cords, controller etc) came back a day later bought a game only for it to be missing half the cords an NO controller. This place is a real joke I even bought a different device, not a game but an Apple product, only for it to be locked. They didn't even have the correct passcode to unlock it smh had to spend a extra $15 for the insurance policy in order to be able to return it an get a refund (why pay more just to get a refund smh) thank god I did tho because it wasn't even unlocked said nothing to me in store waited hours after charging it at home just for it to be locked. So I'm not going to agree with the various others about service politeness; by and large the person that served was as polite as could be. I didn't see people sitting around chatting or any of that. What I did see was a lot of customers who were just confused or something...and delays were happening with the lines as a result. Like one guy who finished his transaction, then kept saying "did I do something wrong? I hope I didn't do something wrong" and wouldn't leave, for like 2 minutes. You say 2 minutes isn't short, but you're not standing in line. Trust me, it gets annoying, especially because the girl behind the counter had no idea why he was asking it. I digress. I was trading something in - possibly temporarily (and I did do temporary) as a short-term bridge to getting some money. The device I was trading has offers of around $100-$300 depending on where I look online. The gal queried eBay for prices, saw the same price ranges, then proceeded to ask me for my "minimum". I don't give minimum, because we need to talk maximum, which should be based on the store's perception of value. She then says that $50 is the most she can offer. Now, I had read other stories that when you try to haggle, they may lowball counter, thus I didn't even go that road. I just let them do a pawn for the $50, knowing I'll have the money and device back in a month and then sell it for its true value with a different service that I'm already negotiating with. It was a generally painless process. But I believe they lowball you even worse than EZPAWN which I didn't think was possible. Unfortunately, there's no way to know going in how much they'll offer, but you can almost guarantee it'll be a lowball. read more

The tv is in prestige condition and I even brought up the product online to show retail value, the manager again offered $40. As I was looking around I saw that they were selling similar TVs for $300+. I of course refused and left, haven't been back since. This is not a place to do business. read more

When u make a pawn on anything valuable, and make a extension they will not make the correct payment,especially if u have more than one item in pawn. You will think you're extending your belongings the whole time they put your payment on something else you had in, that's not even due so once you come back to get it out it's pulled off your pawn account and you now have lost your most valuable items. This place and all the workers are not professional and they plot on how to take honest people's belongings. I mean they do it all. This pawn shop won't give you a receipt if u let them. This is from my personal experience with them.I had to get a lawyer on them just because I made a extension and they extended the wrong item I had in pawn that wasn't even due.The workers are very dishonest and in responsible some of them have sexual relations with other staff, wich is totally against company policy there was a guy named Mr. B that used to be employed there, he was fired for being late however it was because he knew what they were doing to honest people and never approved of their professionalism so they got rid of him. Let it be known, the female manager that works is the rudest person I've ever encountered in my entire freaking life!!!!! A couple months ago, I went to pawn my brand new HP all in one desktop that was practically out of the box new. I bought it for $700!I wasn't thrilled that I had to pawn it, but I really needed the money at the time. The guy that helped me was nice, he initially offered me $150. Came in to pawn my flat screen. Brought it in a box. Guy was happy to take me and asked if i'm selling. I say no and his attitude and demeanor became less excited. He keeps asking me how much I want while on the computer. I say a number and he gives me a lower price. Of course it's the pawn shop. I agree and then he looks at the tv and sees a small screw missing from the tv stand which was attached to the tv sitting legs out in the box. He goes to the back and speaks to his manager and I see her look at me and shake her head no. Anyway he tells me he cannot accept the flat screen an no. Wow! My husband and I like to shop for great deals at all SuperPawn but this shop is by far not my favorite. Its not always clean and trying to get an employees attention just to ask a question, forget it. The entire staff seems to look down at anyone that comes in. I have heard and seen them turn people away or low ball them just because they can. We all have been in tough spots and have to pay the bills and support our families some way. They don't need make their customers feel any smaller then they might already do. A little compassion and a smile goes a long way, I am just saying. read more
