We bought a computer that was an open box. And they didn't clear all of the information. They never gave us a box for the computer. The manager was very lazy. This is my 5th time trying to get a computer from them and this just keeps happening

I went into the store today to fine an item I was looking for, before heading to the store I checked online to see if it was in stock. The item was in store so I headed over! When I arrive I was greeted as I walked through the door, I was looking around and having fun while browsing the new tech they had. A taller dark haired man (looked pretty young he was wearing a black shirt, different than the average advisor) he was if we needed help, I told him I was looked for Am8, he didn't ask any further questions and walked me over to the gaming section. He looked around and said they didn't have them... I contemplated leaving the store and just going home empty handed. I called the store number before heading out the door and the automated bot informed me that the information online is correct and it's the same information the advisors have aswell. So I asked some els, Katlynn/kaitelynn (I'm not sure how she spelled her name!!) was happy to help! She checked two places where they could be, she then stepped away and asked for additional help finding the item. She went above and beyond, she checked the back room and she found the item at a weird location inside the store!! She was super sweet and helpful!! (She should train the others on how to be the same way!! Because they need it )

UNOPENED box

I swear every time I buy something here it will be my LAST. Pricing is good... IF you buy anything that is in a box with no assistance needed, they're fine. But Lord help you if you need service. And calling the store? Just try it! 15 minutes of press this button, press that button..our options have changed (have you ever called someone whose options haven't changed? )...15 or 20 minutes later you MIGHT reach someone. Latest fiasco, I tried to change my payment method on an UNOPENED box to take advantage of their 24 months of no financing on a computer I bought... the answer: I have to physical return the item and let them "process it". (WHich took several hours) Just to return (did I say UNOPENED box). The inmates are definately running the ASSylum here. This is after speaking to the "manager."

Best Buy/ Geek squad/ In-home services just lost a customer. So much running around, a lot goin back and forth. Our tech Antar( mysteriously not wanting to come back and he stated something that the supervisor can't disclosed), to trying to get our matter resolved at the store with Norma(supervisor), to directing us to Elijah Bryan ( which was pointless). By far the worse costumer experience thus far. See pictures of screen shot of email explaining the issue with no solution.

purchased the complete gaming setup except for the desk.

Update 4/22/26 I'm…read moreback at it again! Danny is up to his usual awesome shenanigans! We came in for a camera install. He got us in, out, and on with life like greased lightning. Always professional. Always knowledgeable. Always friendly. Always top notch quality. These guys are the best at what they do hands down. We won't compare anything to other guys because Danny's crew is the best around, in my humble opinion. Quality beyond measure. Update 4/23/26 Another update! This time we came back for window tint. The price was prefect, Danny's service team was great, and the tacos were running in the back because they're a family here! We didn't have any but they filled us with good vibes and sensory overload. These people are outstanding in their field! When they come in they are truly stellar. We're already scheduled for speaker upgrades. We'll update on that to. My wife and I wouldn't spend money like this if we didn't trust AND recommend these guys. BRB!

At the time, I wasn't provided with guidance on which product would be most suitable, nor was it explained that these lights might not be the best option for installation. As a customer, I rely on your expertise when making those recommendations. In fact, At the time I came in Danny told me, you guys didn't have any lights similar to the ones I wanted, after my installation was done, then he told me he had ordered and received a stock of similar lights. Additionally, the installation did not appear to be done neatly. Some of the lights were coming loose from the dashboard, and others had fallen onto the floor. Even if the product wasn't ideal, I would still expect the installation to be clean and secure. I also noticed that the lights on the right side of the driver's area were installed differently than those on the left, which raised concerns about the overall consistency of the work. Furthermore, I had to return multiple times for installation related issues, which made the overall experience frustrating.
