Happened to myself and some friends - they accidentally bought through a third party (not Superstar) when buying tickets, thinking it was the official sale. Long story short, huge fees, no refunds, hundreds of calls. SuperStarTickets was caught in the middle of it. You would expect a ticketing company to hang up and say "tough luck." (ala Ticketmaster). Ticket agent gave the impression I was getting discounted tickets on the box office price of tickets and that I was getting the best possible price (discounted) for tickets for the event versus box office, but as soon as the transaction was complete I saw that I was upcharged SIGNIFICANTLY and the price was far upwards of the same tickets available at box office. I feel taken advantage of and I immediately communicated that they were deceiving and unethical but they did nothing to rectify the situation. Bad business karma is headed your way. read more

I had already paid so I didn't bother to ask them after the transaction had been made. SuperStar called me to offer me VIP parking and I asked them about the military discount and they gave me the parking pass for free. I bought tickets and parking passes for some games last year and they were legit! I was skeptical at first since I came across their ad on craigslist but we purchased at their location and they didn't fail me. I love that they do offer tickets for face value without a huge markup that you see on other sites. You can even pick your tickets up in store for no fee, usually. Ticket purchase easy - Received tickets as promised. But watch and be sure to ask if Suites have an obstructed view. Do not buy seats for Tinley Park Amphitheater Suites. They say that as many seats there are they can sell tickets and the amphitheater puts chairs up there so 6 people have to sit in a chair. Worse yet - Suite 320 has a huge black pole obstructing many seats in the suite. Just watch - because I think they get crap seats and make you think you have great ones. This site sells counterfeit tickets. I purchased 3 Dodgers game tickets 3 days prior to the game and when I went to the game we were denied access because tickets have already been used. Dodgers clerk took my credit card and ID to verify and came back and told me that I wasn't the only victims. Apparently, there were 5 other people bought EXACT same seats and tried to get in and got denied and we were the 6th victims that night. Funny that every review site I've been to these pricks have 1.5 to 2 stars except for here. Wish I would have read them before I bought from them. I bought 5 tickets to the Dallas Cowboys Divisional Playoff Game and 2 did not work at the entrance gate. After going to the AT&T box office they told my buddy they had been "electronically removed" or resold. The SS rep I spoke with told me sorry there have been instances where there are duplicates just send us the paperwork/photos from the AT&T report and we will issue you your refund for the 2 tickets. After 10 days of hearing nothing from them they finally told me by email it was my fault because someone had previously seen the barcodes and made their own duplicates to get in. This is their out for selling bunk tickets. There will always be an excuse or a way around not giving the refund no matter how you try to explain yourself to these people. Do yourself a favor and look them up on other review sites and you'll see they shouldn't be trusted. You'll be left standing at the entrance gate like a moron with no admittance and out your money. The risk factor of buying from them is through the roof. Run far away don't take the chance you will regret it. They will probably respond to this review but trust me bottom line they are full of shit. I gave them everything they asked for to submit my refund and they still came up with lame excuses. After the deadline passed, I tried to contact them through Ebay but they are not there and there was no record of my purchase on my Ebay account. I checked with Paypal that my account had been charged and reported that I never received the tickets. Because I did not want to disappoint my Godson, who is disabled, I ordered tickets online from StubHub and received them immediately as a download. Paypal contacted SuperStarTickets and they sent the tickets 1 day ahead of the event. When I contacted SuperStarTickets to protest that the tickets arrived after I had already ordered from another vendor, they were very belligerant and nasty. Bought tickets to Taylor Swift concert at Nationals Stadium on July 13th, 2015. I was always a bit leery of third-party vendors but since tickets were all sold out through official channels, and the kids were dying to see TS, I gave it a shot. The tickets were available months ahead of schedule and were shipped promptly. Customer service was helpful and extremely courteous. I expressed some concern about the authenticity of the tickets since they were printed from a regular printer and not the official tickets. I have heard enough about duplicate tickets being sold to different people. The rep assured me that they only dealt with reputable sellers and that, if there were a problem, someone would be in the office until 8pm (after the concert had started) to assist.
