A second bus arrived and that driver was not helpful with transferring our luggage to his bus, seeing that I had a boot on my broken ankle. Rude! Once we got to the second bus, the clients on the other bus complained that we were getting on. Our bus had a quiet aura that we adhered to the request. This bus was loud, with everyone speaking to one another, on their phones, etc. we paid for the gold bus experience and got a rotten metal experience. Coming home was better, as our driver kept us informed but the bathroom was disgusting with urine on the floor! Never will I ever travel with them in life! When I sent an email, the manager just responded with "issue do sometime happen". Poor grammar and poor service. I also reported them to BBB.

I've been through this station a few times for years. The signage makes it very easy to navigate through this station. Both the silver and orange lines stop here. I didn't have much interaction with staff, but she was friendly when I asked a question. It was relatively well-kept. There are 2 flights of stairs/escalators to enter/exit the station. For a Saturday, the station wasn't terribly busy inside or even outside.

I can see how much money I have left on my MetroCard. The stations are immaculate and feel very safe. There is no visible garbage, homeless, norgraffiti. All of the elevators, escalators and machines are in working order. Each train car that we were in was clean, air conditioned with information about every stop and transfer coming up.

I figured that in lieu of walking to Ballston to take the orange line and risk a 20 minute transfer wait at Rosslyn, I would try the 23A. This bus connects Tysons Corner to Crystal City via Ballston and Shirlington. It goes down Glebe Road for much of its stretch. The bus came a few minutes behind schedule. It was very crowded when I got on, but virtually all of the people got off at Columbia Pike. The bus then look an extensive loop into Shirlington, before going to Crystal City via Glebe Road, Arlington Ridge, 23rd Street, and Crystal Drive. The entire trip to Crystal City took roughly 27 minutes. This was with virtually no traffic on the street. Overall, the bus ride was fine. The bus was clean, the driver was polite, and none of the passengers were violent or threatening. However, this bus comes very infrequently. It typically comes every half hour, but during rush hour it comes less than once per hour. This limits its usefulness.

The first bus was due to arrive on 19th St near Pennsylvania at around 3:50. It arrived at 5 pm. The bus was not full. There were only about 8 people standing, and I could see empty seats in the back. The driver REFUSED to let any of us on. I was #4 in a long, long line of desperate and frost-bitten commuters. He wouldn't even crack open the door. What did he think--100 people were going to storm the bus? So appalling. His heartlessness led to my commute lasting 6 hours. I don't know what happened to the rest of the crowd, but suffice it to say that everyone dispersed when he did that--no way were we going to wait another hour or two for the next bus in what was by that point a fast and furious snowstorm.

I'm 3 miles away from the hospital and then drive 5 miles to Crystal city to pick up somebody else because they're going to the hospital that adds another 40 minutes to my ride and you're not going in the so the share ride shouldn't happen that way. Two people in Crystal city makes sense two people in opposite size of Arlington makes no sense at all.. I am as disappointed in the service as I can possibly be, and I've been doing it it just gets worse and worse and worse every year. The funny thing is the people who book your rides don't give a blank about your ride.

Ballston Common station just a 10 min ride away from here. Shelter is clean. Like in Arlington they have better bus service. Timing is great. Sunday need work on. Here the other world... Crystal City Metro. Even it a longer ride. Even you need to get home faster and the orange in being work on. Take the yellow or blue line here and take the 23 home. Last but not lease your back up. Use the 16 route from the Pentagon to Glebe and Columbia Pike and take the 23 bus line to get home. Also don't for get the 41 as well. 41 route. From Clarendon metro, Courthouse Metro. AMC Courthouse as well. Sweet. Only run Monday - Saturday. Don't run to late at night. If you can't make both metro line try the 10 line around the corner.
