They had really great music to make the time go by faster and Cindy was the best because she explained the card system and what washers and dryers were best to use. It was a great experience and I was out of there in a few hrs when it can take all day at home to wash all of your family's clothes. The biggest thing for me is the cleanliness. The facility is always clean and well maintained, and I never leave feeling like my clothes were washed in a dirty environment. Parking can be a little tight since it's located right off a busy road, but that's a small trade-off for the value and quality. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to newer machines in the future. Other than that, it's a dependable, affordable, and clean laundromat that I highly recommend.

I wanted to write a review on this particular Laundromat because IMHO, they were different. I've driven past this Laundromat a couple of times before deciding to go in. I went on a Monday night, thinking it wasn't going to be busy. Boy was I wrong, it was busy! One of the two coin changers was not working and had an out of order sign. Aside from the broken machine and a few lint balls on the floor - I was pretty impressed with this store. Overall it was pretty clean and bright compared to other Laundromats I've been to. The attendant greeted me when I came in and helped everyone w/ bringing in their laundry - I have never ever seen this at any of the other Laundromats I've been to. Maybe it's because I don't frequent them enough but I really like the way they run their business here. They even give away prizes every month which I thought was a nice gesture but not sure why a Laundromat would do that. I used their biggest machine - I believe the attendant told me it had a 75lb capacity? It was $8.00 for the hot wash and for one of the large dryers it was $0.25 for every 3 minutes. I washed 2 comforters, one king & one queen, and it took me only 35 minutes. When the wash was completed the comforters were only slightly damp which was strange since I know I saw water soaking them. I asked the attendant about it and I guess the washers spin so fast that it dispels most of the water - allowing for quicker drying, which is always a plus in my book. I had the comforters in the dryer for only 25 minutes and they were completely dry! I was in and out of there in just under an hour - AMAZING! I thought my experience was good and warranted a review so if you're in the Manassas area and need a Laundromat, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't come here - this is now my go to spot for comforters!

I had put my clothes in the machine, put my soap, put my card in and went to push start and the machine was giving an error that the water was low and it wouldn't let me start the machine. I went to call the guy for help and I said hello to him, he didn't say anything back. I went to the machine and he followed me and tried to start it but it didn't work so he restarted the machine. He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.
