This store has amazing customer service! The first time I came in I was actually going next-door to have ice cream with my family. I brought my two kiddos into the shop with me and was warmly welcomed by Kristen. Not only was she super knowledgeable about the supplements and how I could utilize them to meet my fitness goals, she was extremely pleasant and took the time to listen to what my needs were without judgement. One of the biggest advantages of this shop is that you can get a free body composition scan anytime you want. That really helps me look at my goals each week, and I don't feel pressured to buy anything. Their stock is amazing, they have the best products and there is a huge variety for everyone. I went into the store in August to pick up some stuff as I was in town for a meeting. I was looking for GNC but drove by this place. The owner, Kristen was in working. As I came into the store Kristen said - ya what do you want? I asked about some RTD drinks and some protein bars. Kristen said figure it out yourself and walked in the back. Keep using bad language and ranting about something. I was shocked by the bad service and the high prices. I would recommend going some where else if you're in town like I was. Great experience! Just a cool store, with cool owner and staff. Kristen was working and she is way more than just selling protein or pre-workout - she talked with me at length on my goals and how I can achieve them. She also had me use their "InBody" scale to get my current weight/body fat/and way more - all for free! I setup my own ID on it and they encouraged me to come check my progress for free anytime I like! Rather high prices with a limited selection of products. Kristen is a bit rude and not very nice to customers. Might be the roids talking but who knows. Looked like a nice supplement store on the outside but it's not once you go inside. I noticed Kristen likes to poke fun at handicapped people which I found off putting. I went to the local GNC to purchase what I needed. Store has potential but it needs a new owner. Hope that is helpful and people know what they're in for. read more

I have called them on numerous occasions. I have spoken with Kristen and some of the other staff. Each time I have felt like they were right next door. I say that because I live in Tyler, Tx. They are roughly 8 hours away! I choose to deal with them over some of my local supplement shop because they are knowledgeable and I feel like I am family. Not just another customer! So many great products and brands.. they have exclusive products to the area (Steel supplements for one), and they just got a new brand from overseas - Yamamoto (from Italy) that I'm about to try today. I was in town for a meeting and needed some supplements. Stopped by this store. Kristen owns this store, found her to be extremely rude. She made a vulgar comment about my Marine Corp shirt. She said she hates people who have served. I was so shocked that I left. I can't believe this. Store looked nice but prices are a bit expensive. I hope this is of help for others.
