Mike assisted me first by wanting to know my goals , then we proceeded and I received the INBODY scan that broke everything thing down into numbers. Mike was very patient and explained this to me and then assisted me with a Quick meal plan example that would help me on my journey. Mike never skipped a beat explaining the importance of me getting that protein in and increasing my water intake. I never realized that I wasn't eating enough protein and how it contributed to the way I would feel throughout the day. I was searching for a protein drink and needed one w/o milk , Mike made a sample right there in the store the level 1 blueberry muffin. It was delicious and I brought it, he also suggested that I add some weight training along with my cardio.
