Well the key to get my package didn't even work, (it's done this before but I eventually got it to work), and the key actually broke off in the keyhole. Well I called, and they're going to change the locks, but he said not till tomorrow even though I stressed that I really needed what was in there (HEART MEDICATION). He said "the maintenance guy can do it but I could also do it", but didn't want to take the time out of his day apparently, considering they will be closing in an hour. I just hope my HEART is okay. Thanks guys.

But I won't be back. Its obviously a management issue. In the last couple years it seems like half the time that I go there, during their normal operating hours, they are closed. Sometimes they'll put a note on the window saying they're closed for the day. Today was one of the many times they didn't. I have even become accustomed to calling first to see if they're REALLY open. They don't update their voicemail. Today when I called I just got a "mailbox is full" message. So I took the risk, filled up my car with bottles on this very hot day, and drove across town. No open windows. No lights. No sign. And now I've got a car full of cans and bottles. Thanks SPRC! It would be SO UNBELIEVABLY EASY for them to update their voicemail, AND put a note on the window. Maybe today it was the heat. I imagine they don't have a/c in there, and it would be an awful place to work in when its 90 degrees. I get it, BUT HAVE THE DECENCY AND COURTESY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO COMMUNICATE TO THEM! It has happened enough times that it is obvious leadership just doesn't care. Now, neither do I.
