Carlos's understanding of the systems, the importance of explaining the issues, and current condition of the unit (even to show the meter readings which I personally appreciated having a background in mechanical) he took the time to explore the options, costs and considerations for short and long term. When it was decided to go with the new system- Paul, The Sales Guy, was on the phone with me to review the A/C units, work through the pricing to get the best deal on this major (and can be nerve wracking) purchase. We decided on the unit and everything was scheduled. Matthew, The Install Guy, worked alone and very hard being respectful of property yet working smart to remove and install the new system onto the sweltering Florida sun (UGH!) He does an amazing job! They then instead of closing the garage or announcing their departure or communicating at all just drove off. But the kicker is that their manager called after they left with a very condescending tone and matter-of-fact attitude letting me that my quote is old..unrelated..and that they sent a bigger guy instead a skinny guy so they can't go into the attic to fix whichever issue they caused from the last time they came to work on the ac (if you already knew the issue, and that the attic needed to be entered..why would you not send the correct people for the job?..suspicious) which she then said a different crew would need to come out a week after the week I just waited to get it done. I then requested to speak to the owner, who came with an amplified negative attitude stating they've been in business for 47 years and they have never gotten a complaint and to get somebody else to do it..and so I did, he came within 30 minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes without an issue and he was polite, he debriefed, and he closed the garage when he left.

While we sit here with a 3k bill from Georgia power and 1k in driveway damages. Basically the SRM guy couldn't drive his concrete truck backwards. First he tore up our yard. Then while backing up he crushed our driveway drainage pipe. When a company came to fix it we found he had pinched our main power line to the house! So upon removal of the drain pipe the whole neighborhood flashed and we lost power. So almost 4k later in damages we now have 2 companies that work together but won't hold one responsible for it. I don't get it. I wouldn't use a company to represent my company that refuses to take responsibility in their own work. Companies don't care these days. This is proof. Screw the little guys.
