My have were place in a ziplock bag full of drying agent, hazardous acetone. Nothing shorting the skin in my hands. The active was knuckle deep. Then she placed my hands in a bowl with hot towels. I called her out on it and she stated the standard method she's not work. I told her it she's work that's they only eat I've been getting them done. I came in around 10:30 11:00 am and was told to sign in and leave my phone number. She would call me when she was done with the client she was working with. I ended up calling 2 hours later to speak with someone who wasn't even on location. She then tells me to go ahead and go in. I even had to ask her for lotion for my hands bring they had soaked in ACETONE and where very dry. She did put oil around my cuticle but nothing for the ACETONE ON MY SKIN. I will find another nail salon that will be more gentle with my skin and I've that follows basic operating procedures per State licensure requirements. Yes I'm placing a call.

So many stylists prior to this experience talked me down off of super short layers. But I'd gotten it before and loved it; I knew it would look good on me. She took her time and though it took longer than my lunch break, I really appreciated that she was committed to my vision to the end. More importantly, she wanted to ensure I loved it post blow dry and style. I was also able to take a 5 minute work call in the middle of my cut, which some salons do not allow; so I was also appreciative of the flexibility in allowing me to take it without headphones so last minute. I only recently found Sydney about 2 1/2 years ago and I could not be happier. Every time I see Sydney she always always always goes above in beyond. Her energy and spirit fills the room and gives you a sense of feeling safe secure and in the best hands. Just knowing the outcome is going to be everything you asked for. I've probably seen her over 30 times in our years of knowing her. Never once have I been let down or upset about my lashes not being fulfilled to my ask. ALSO and this is the big one! Sydney uses UV light to seal the lashes and just WOW! Since using the UV I went from getting regular fills approx every 2/3 weeks to keep them fullest. Now with the UV light I don't see Sydney for fills for at least 5/6 weeks. THEY ARE LASTING THAT LONG! FIVE /SIX WEEKS NO FILL! That's almost unheard of.
