Technicians drained oil and didn't replace and also did not bleed the new radiator leading the car to overheat and breakdown on the highway. Manager never took any responsibility. Response to previous post is inaccurate. We had another body shop and the dealership take a look at the damage and found that was directly related to the Degovanni. Our insurance tried getting in contact with them for 6 months plus and each time they said that they needed the manager to respond back and they were out of office.

To fix this, I called Supreme, based largely on their Yelp reviews, and I'm glad I did. - Their price was competitive (ca. $250 for a Prius) - I was able to schedule the repair very quickly (and they came to me, so I didn't need to drive to some shop and sit around for hours) - They showed up when they said they would - They were professional and neat, and finished in under an hour. What's not to like? The repair was just done this morning, so I can't rule out future problems such as the windshield leaking, falling out, or transforming into a portal to an evil dimension. If any of those things happen, I'll be sure to update my review. But for now, I'm really liking Supreme Auto Glass!
