After the week elapsed, I called him. He answered, told me he was loading a car up and promised he would check his schedule and call me in ten minutes. He never called back. I texted him to follow up, and he ignored it. Flat-out disappeared on me. Had to go somewhere else. I get that shops get busy, but I also know that I need to have trust in a shop.
