Our old car making a funny sound so we took it to another garage and they gave a ridiculous estimate. We then took the car to Bills and they made the minor repair for free. I've been taking my cars to Bill's for years and wouldn't go anywhere else unless I specifically need dealer service. Like most drivers, I've been jerked around by garages over the years so I'm very wary. I'm relatively knowledgeable about cars having done some of my own work over the years and I can report that they have always been honest and knowledgeable. (To the reviewer who said they were "too honest", I'm still shaking my head.) There have been numerous occasions where they've told me something did not need to be fixed yet or have offered less expensive options. Stopped in late afternoon with a flat tire that I had previously removed. Thought I'd have to leave tire for repair and next day pick-up. Owner, himself, immediately made repair and after reinstalling tire, without my asking neatly replaced donut tire and related tools and covers in car trunk. Shawn at the front desk was a great help. He informed me that my windshield and front side mirror tints needed to be removed and wiper blades changed in order to pass inspection. Charged me $37 the first time and $10 to bring it back after changes were made. The mechanic on duty, however, just seemed to have a bad attitude. He motioned in a rough tone for me to pull the car closer into the garage. It was raining the day of the reinspection and I overheard another employee ask if the mechanic started complaining yet that he was going to melt in the rain. This spoke volumes to me. In addition to all this, the idiot mechanic decides that after taking off the old registration sticker, he was going to put the new sticker, not over where the old sticker was, but in another location on the windshield. Seriously, how stupid can you be dude? Like you couldn't scrape the glue off and affix the new sticker onto the same spot the old one was on? Unbelievable. read more

Good honest auto repair. If you don't need it they won't push it on you. Other places in town upsell or over charge. Bills doesn't do that. If you aren't sure about your car or what is wrong with it take it to Bills for an honest opinion and honest work. Local owned and operated. I have three older cars and I wouldn't trust taking them to anyone else. Lot is small so you have to make an appointment else they can't just fit you in. read more
