I would not recommend that you go to or use this establishment. Just picked up a suite and other garments. When I got home, I found multiple holes in both garments. I called to complain and get compensated for the issue they caused, and I was told I had moths in my house. Note: (1) The holes were not there when I dopped them off to be cleaned. (2) Nothing else in my closet has a hole or tare no holes in them. Very unprofessional over the phone: They know nothing about customer satisfaction! I thankfully and recently found Supreme Cleaners in Bethel Park. My well-worn blazer needed cleaned and to be refreshed. Not only did they accomplish that, but it looked nearly brand new. Very inconsistent results and ignoring instructions. Sometimes with starch, without starch, heavy starch -- take a guess. It doesn't matter. The owner argues with customers how much starch THE CUSTOMER wants. He claims it will ruin the shirts and refuses to heavy starch...regardless of near begging for heavy starch. read more

My mom took a long-sleeved shirt there to have the sleeves hemmed. When I went to pick it up for her, they told me there was no record of her dropping it off. They looked under her name, and phone number, and told me they didn't have it. She ended up going back today to see if they had it, and they did. They ended up charging her $24 for hemming the sleeves of her shirt, and didn't even press it. You would think after losing it, they would at least press it for her or something? Just seems to be way too expensive for losing her shirt and hassle of having to go back again to see if they would find it. read more

Had been taking all of our dry cleaning here for the past couple of years after our prior dry cleaner closed. Shirts, suit pants, dresses, sweaters etc., for the entire family. This morning I asked if it was possible to get a couple of shirts turned around quickly due to some travel I had coming up (would have been happy with 2 or 3). The guy that works here (beard, lame green hat, always in a bad mood) rudely said "no". I said that was no problem but thought I would ask just in case. I then counted out 20 shirts to drop off and he continued to tell me how if I had come in more often, maybe then I would have shirts to wear for my business travel. I told him he was probably right about that. He then told me 20 shirts was their limit, again in a very rude and unprofessional tone. As he seemed extremely annoyed at me for dropping off shirts at his shirt cleaning business, I asked him if he wanted me to take them somewhere else. He replied "go ahead". I said "no problem". I asked him to check to see if I had anything in their system to pick up and after looking he replied "no, thank God". I was honestly stunned and perplexed at all of this as I had not had issues with them before and spend a couple thousand a year on dry cleaning and shirts with them. Regardless, I'm not going to do business with someone who acts that way towards customers. Particularly in a line of work that is largely commoditized. Maybe he got a bad night's sleep or maybe he is just like this. He was never overly polite in the past when I dealt with him but today was over the top. I assume he must be the owner or the owner would dispatch with him with a quickness. Either way, I found a new dry cleaner right on the way to work and dropped off everything this morning no problem. They are turning 4 shirts around for me overnight so I have them for my trip, at no extra charge. Politeness is free buddy! Lack of it can be expensive. read more

Not sure about cleaning but they do NOT do alterations. I had three pair of women's dress pants that need hemmed and the man said I needed to know the length. I do not know my length. He said most people do. No seamstress or tailor on site, he subs jobs out so this being listed as a service is a bit misleading. Left with pants in search of a tailor. read more

Absolute Worse! They burned my shirt I purchased for my wedding a few days after leaving it with the older male employee who said they did not have time since the holiday, New Years Day was a few days away, so he said he would iron it on an ironing board. I picked the new shirt which was never out of it provided case when purchased, and someone there burned it, I picked it up and the new owner said it was free, I thought how nice until I put my shirt on at the church and when putting on my tie I saw it was burned, and all the photos have it, etc. The owner tried to blame me, although I have my wife who bought it and all at the wedding who saw it, and after going through all kinds of drama, he finally gave me my money back and I gave him my old shirt. He called me and my wife a liar, and told us to never come back. This was totally unnecessary and the worse treatment of a customer I have ever seen.
