Highly recommend Paul and Supreme Cleaning. They cleaned all of our carpets (stairs, upstairs hallway and all bedrooms), 3 area rugs, and two couches. Paul was very responsive and accommodating when we were coordinating appointment times. He showed up promptly for both the estimate and the service. The quality of the service turned out great! My main concern was the stairs - which I find very difficult to vacuum thoroughly - and wiping down of baseboards - let's face it, they do not get the attention they deserve. I asked Paul to focus on these areas. The carpet on the stairs, and everywhere, looked like new and the baseboards were sparkling! One note about their professionalism. Originally I planned to work from home that day, but I was called into the office. I left Paul and his team at my home on their own. When I returned home, everything had been put back in its original places and the house locked up perfectly. He called to let me know how things were progressing, and when he was done. They power washed my neighbor's house and it looked terrific. I called Mr Poulos and left a message. He returned my call within the hour. He gave me a fair quote to do mine. We set up an appointment for several weeks in advance, my request. He sent me a confirmation the same day. Several days before he sent a reminder and day of he sent an "on the way" message. They did an excellent job cleaning the siding and gutters. The north side of the house had mildew on it and they got it all off. Paul and company did a superb job repairing loose carpet, cleaning carpets, as well as cleaning and resealing the tile floors in our newly purchased home. They arrived on time, measured, and provided a clear written estimate before starting any work.  The formerly scary dark grout is now the intended light gray. The loose dingy carpet is restored. Their work far surpassed our expectations. They went above and beyond staying very late, and coming back the next morning to finish up so we could meet our schedule to move in. Paul and his team first came to my home on 3 hours notice to clean a wine spill from my light colored carpet. They were professional, did a great job and were well priced. Best of all, there is no sign of the spill. I was so happy, I had them come back a week later to shampoo two other rooms and power wash my house. Paul and Brett cleaned the carpeting in my entire house yesterday (June 28, 2016). It's hard for me to desribe how pleased I am with their service. They arrived on time; they worked very methodically, removed even stains that were "impossible" in the words of my previous service and charged a minimal amount for an additional area that had not been included when Paul gave me his initial estimate. This is the first time I have used Supreme Cleaning Company to clean the outside of my home, usually they have done the carpets, floors, and furniture. They did a fabulous job cleaning the outside of my house, concrete driveway, and composite deck! I needed the job done fast and they were able to squeeze me in right away. We have a big house and I knew this should have been a two man job. Paul came alone so at first I was a little concerned. But to my surprise he was a champ. My mother was on the verge of ripping her carpet out, she was so embarrassed of it due to stains and looking so worn. Paul did an amazing job. I sent a request for a quote through FB messenger and got an almost immediate reply. Paul Poulos, the owner, was out first thing the next morning. We walked around the house, and he gave me a reasonable quote. To my surprise, he was able to have the house powerwashed the same day! A true magician!! He made nail polish disappear! We just had new light grey carpet installed a couple months ago and had some blue nail polish spill over a decent size area. I called supreme clean on Saturday & I was able to get an appointment Monday! Supreme clean came to my house to clean a large sectional couch, a few rugs & some pet spots. Everything looked great after. He even got some red paint spots out of the basement floor that I didn't think could come out!
