Then sent a crew to mitigate damages immediately. Sean was the "crew". He worked so hard and quickly tearing out soaked padding and carpet, setting up fans and plastic walls to contain the area. Ni-Gen has been over everyday to ensure the humidity etc was going down. Very professional and great customer service.

And we are still dealing with the damage they caused and trying to get a resolution for their completely inflated, unnecessary charges and unnecessary demolition. The renovation is still not complete due to all the out of pocket expenses we have incurred to put our home back together. We have had 2 other restoration companies as well as 5 adjusters verify that what they did in our home was completely unnecessary to midigate my pipe burst. Nugen assured us they would work with the insurance company to get all damages and reconstruction covered. They did absolutely nothing but make the situation worse with the insurance company with their arrogance and refusal to speak with them. We are left with a lean on our home after 90 days and out of pocket expenses of over $10,000. As if dealing with a broken pipe is not enough, Nugen will just make a very stressful and horrible situation worse. I have found that we are not the only one they have done this to. PLEASE! Dont let them into your home! I would not want anyone else to have to go through what we have and still are going through with Nugen, a year later!

Owner Tom stopped by 3x to see how things were going, to answer questions and see if we or his team needed anything. Everything went super smoothly. We especially appreciate installer Louie's advice. I thought I wanted transition pieces where the wood floor met tile. Louie scowled his disapproval and suggested another idea with better aesthetics: With expert workmanship, he and his partner created a clean line between the two surfaces (no transition piece). Beautiful! My idea: circa 1980. Louie's solution: Timeless, classic, elegant. Louie could have stuck with the plan. He gave us something way better.
