These guys really came through for me! I got sideswiped and had some pretty bad damage all along my passenger side from the front quarter panel to the rear quarter panel. Some pretty significant damage. My insurance recommended Supreme Collision and I was a bit worried because I had never been there before and I'm a very skeptical type of person. I figured if my insurance recommended them they might do a cheap job to save the insurance company money instead of giving me a high quality repair. Boy was I wrong! My insurance gives me 30 days of car rental, and even though the other guy's insurance accepted responsibility, I was worried I'd have to pay out of pocket if I needed my rental for extra time (since there was a good bit of damage to repair) and then go chase down the other guy's insurance for my money, and who wants to do that?! I came into supreme collision with my rear bumper scraped and scratched on my whole right side from someone driving into my parked car. They took care of everything, they ordered the part straight from the manufacturer and made sure that all the scratches on parts that were not replaced were painted perfectly. I can't even tell that my car was scratched and hit at any point-- it's brand new! On top of the how well they actually worked on the car, Ray was so helpful and has great customer service skills, seriously!! Moon went beyond over and above for me and my damaged bumper, along with replacement of a side-view mirror and front grill. He also showed me some shady repair job going on under the bumper cover - I guess that's what it's called - showed me how the absorber was cracked and a tab thing broken off and never replaced and a bracket that should have been replaced but was instead put together with a bolt - in addition to a crappy drippy paint job - he fixed all that for me - well except the bracket since it wasn't the fault of the driver who gave me a minor fender scratch, but the rest he could fix. King's Auto Body Shop in Huntington Beach did the shady repair to my car after I'd spun out on the 55 freeway years ago and I did notice the crappy paint on the side panel, which they fixed, but I had no clue what was going on underneath it all. I'm glad I took more time this time around to search through a ton of reviews. Also - sort them by lowest rating 1st to find the honest reviews and people who were smart enough to notice the bad things - which I am not until it's pointed out to me. So with that said - this was the 1st reason I chose Supreme Collision - at the time I'd searched which is December 2023, I sorted lowest 1st - and there weren't any low reviews!! That's already impressive considering they did also have 60 something reviews at the time - sure there were some others like that but they only had 1/3 that # of reviews. 2nd, when I met Moon, he gave me so much more detail than any other body shop I visited on what he would do to fix it. The other four just printed out papers for me and that was it. Moon took his time to explain it all to me and not only that, but he was so personable, I could just tell he was trustworthy as well. So fast-forward to the day I pick up my car. Enterprise dropped me off at his shop and after they'd left, I couldn't find my keys and thought oh no - I left them at Enterprise!! So, right away, Moon drops everything he's doing and calls Enterprise for me!! They kept him on hold on and on and on and no one would pick up, so he said, "I'll just drive you there myself!!" He just picks up without any hesitation and actually drove me back to Enterprise!! I get into their lobby and ask if they found my keys but they had not and so I start frantically searching again through all my coat pockets - it's a coat I wear very rarely and it has 6 pockets. Well, I'd forgotten about some upper pockets and check and there are my keys!! I was beyond embarrassed and felt so horrible for Moon going through all that for me and I was so apologetic and grateful to him at the same time. He made me feel so comfortable and like it was totally no big deal to him!! He THEN says he wants a burger and buys me lunch!! We brought it back to the shop and ate while he talked to me for a while about his life and various stuff like we were long-time friends. It was a gesture I'll never forget and he's such a super nice man. I still feel so bad for making him go through all that for me, but he was so gracious and wonderful to me. As for the repair on my car - it looks like a brand new 2009 if that's possible - they detailed it for me too so saved on that expense, which it desperately needed. All positive things. I originally called Thursday morning and was able to drop off my car for an estimate by 2pm same day. Moon and Jin were very accommodating: Jin and the shop's team were able to get my car to a safe-to-drive point (the fender liner was obstructing my wheel) for free. Jin even test drove my car when I explained I needed to travel the next day. Moon helped make the estimate more affordable, since I had found out I had no collision coverage. After getting into a small accident, we were referred to Moon at Supreme Collision Center and while I was a little hesitant because it was further away from us, I trusted the referral (and also saw the great Yelp reviews) and we moved forward. From beginning to end, had a great experience. Car accident stuff is truly annoying but if you have to deal with it, it's nice when the shop you're working with is communicative, responsive, thorough, and kind. Moon helped coordinate the tow of our car, all the assessments/estimates and repairs, and then we got back a car that honestly hasn't looked this nice in a long, long time. I appreciated the frequent photos and updates (even if I didn't always understand what they meant, lol) and being able to call or text as needed. WARNING!!! Bringing my car to this shop has led to a slew of additional issues that did not exist with my car prior to visiting! I was recently t-boned in an accident and had been in the market for repair work, as my right door had been significantly damaged. While going over initial estimates, Moon was helpful throughout the process and generally humorous which lead me to trust the shop....HOWEVER... while they had my car for about 3 weeks for repairs, the day I got my car back, 1. the gas tank was empty when I gave them the car with at least half a tank (to the point where the fuel light was on) 2. my car battery died the next day and I had to get it replaced 3. my cars bumper sensor was damaged. I let the first 2 things go since I understand that they might have to test run my car/ keep the battery from dying and my car battery was on the older side. As for #3, I let them know and they let me bring in my car to take a look. They told me the sensor was damaged and I needed to replace it and it was going to be another $300 for the part. THIS WAS NEVER AN ISSUE prior to the repair and I let Moon know that it could've been possibly damaged during the repair since they mentioned they had to take off the bumper when re painting the side door. In turn, he denied responsibility and said he was actually doing me a favor by fixing it and only charging for the car part. I ended up having them fix it and paid the $300, but this is the last time I'm coming back. I was seriously disappointed with the service at this body shop. I generally don't spend time writing reviews, let alone negative reviews, however, I do think that my experience's, if anything caused more issues than prior to my visit. I hope that by writing a review others can be more aware towards the actions of this shop and can make a more informed decision when deciding where to bring their cars in for repairs. +2 stars cause they fixed my initial issue and Moon was a fun character - 3 stars for the rest read more

Last year Supreme Collision was able to assist me with repairs needed after a hit and run driver rear ended me while I was parked and sitting in my car. The rear end damage was extensive. I worked with Moon to get my car in drivable condition while he ordered all the parts, that way I didn't have to worry about having a rental car. Communication was wonderful throughout the process and my car was in perfect condition when it was returned to me. They even detailed the interior. I wanted to write a detailed review for Supreme Collision Center for my experience in getting my hood, front bumper, and rear bumper repaired and painted on my BMW 340i. I was involved in two separate accidents, first being the front end hitting some road debris on 91 and the second being a hit and run by someone in a parking lot. Both were submitted as separate insurance claims, front as comprehensive and rear as a collision claim. I am a car guy, and I am very particular about the quality of services done to my car. Therefore, I researched few of the highly rated shops in the area by giving them a call and walking in for estimates. The difference of service starts there. When I walked into Supreme Collision Center, I was met with a positive interaction with the owner, Mr. Moon Chung. He was the only one out of three shops I received estimates that actually sat me down in his office and asked for coffee. Other shops have you standing outside or in the reception area while they do their thing and get back to you with a piece of paper. Mr. Chung did the walk around, got sort of a feel for how I treat my cars, sat me down, went through the scope of the repair and the process of the repair and finally providing the dollar figure. There are shops that will repair only the affected area and prep and paint that small area only, but Supreme will take off all trims and prep the entire surface of the area and paint it completely. Therefore, it might seem the estimate might be high at first, but if you understand the process of repainting, (and quality which I will get to), the pricing is reasonable, especially when it is going through insurance. With spot repairs, the blending might come out poorly. Lastly, I had PPF on my entire front end, which they explained that they will use steam to remove carefully. I dropped off my car the following week, and it took about 2 weeks to complete the repair. During the process, I was sent various pictures via text of the repair process. He even showed some bubbling with the paint when removing the old PPF, exposing the poor paint quality done by previous body shop. At the day of pickup, Mr. Chung waited about 15 minutes past closing time to accommodate my work schedule. We sat down, went over the supplements and the final dollar amount, therefore you will be informed of exact supplement amount which the shop will submit to your insurance company. He also credited for difference amount for the painted reflectors I purchased separately from IND. He even repainted the reflectors to match the job overall. Lastly, the quality of the repair job is immaculate. I went in the sun and other various lightings, also checked thoroughly up close when I hand washed my car, but I could not spot any defects or overspray. The color match is spot on. I am very happy with the results, and I will use their service for any body repair, painting and lip installations. PS: If you have Travelers' they will direct you to one of their body shops. Don't do this. None of the body shops including Fix Auto is worth your insurance money and time. Fix Auto will force you to come in for an estimate in the following day or so, or else they will push out your estimate all the way to 4 weeks. It is good to do your own research, call the shop, talk to the owners to see if the reviews are legit. read more

But I can tell you after my recent experience with Moon and his team at Supreme Collision they are the shop you absolutely want to care for you and your car. I was rear ended at 7am on the freeway. My bumper looked pretty bad, but I figured hey whatever I'll leave it like that and live with it considering I just bought brand new tires a week ago. A car hit me from the left and destroyed the whole front of my 2016 Toyota Camry. My car was originally towed to Caliber Collision in Santa Fe Springs as it was the closest shop recommended by my insurance (Farmers). However after Caliber inspected my car, they told me they cannot repair my car due to it having aftermarket wheels, and "custom wiring". The only "wiring" work I've had done is I had my front turn signal bulbs changed to LED bulbs with load resistors, which is very minor work. Also, my aftermarket wheels were the regular OEM size. So it's not like I had crazy mods on my car, but they still wouldn't repair it, even when I said it would be fine to change everything back to stock. I had to call around to find a different repair shop and luckily found Supreme Collision who told me to go ahead and have my car towed over to them. The repair ended up taking around 2 months because apparently Camry bumpers were backordered at Toyota but Moon kept me updated throughout the process. When I got my car back, it was in perfect beautiful condition. Moon assured me that I could bring my car back anytime if I found any issues with the repairs and they'd take care of it immediately. Today I had an appointment to get a quote for damage to my Lexus 500h when backing out of the garage and my the garage came down causing scrapes on the top of my car and chipping on my spoiler. Moon came to inspect my car and told me that he could fix it for free and if I wasn't happy he would give me a quote. He drove the car to the shop area and grabbed a step stool ladder, cloth, and a bottle to fix the scrapes. He buffed out most of the scrapes and put touch up paint on my chipped parts. He even had me climb the ladder to inspect it before and after. while this was happening, one of his workers needed to move the car and he told his worker to wait 5 minutes because he was busy and so was I (I wasn't but you could tell his workers are used to putting customers first and just smiled and waited patiently) He said he didn't feel right charging money when it was an easy fix and that there was a chance if they did fix it, it could damage the spoiler. He even offered to retouch the paint as needed for free. I was in disbelief and asked for his name so I could write a 5 star review which he thanked me for. I have never met anyone so kind and honest, he saved me hundreds if not more plus I would be able to keep my car and not have it in the shop. I cannot recommend him enough. read more
