Thank you Jeffrey. I was in need of replacing a broken passenger side mirror on my car. It was vandalized by someone. I was quoted as much as $1000 for a brand new mirror for a 10 year old car. I shopped around and found the replacement mirror at a used parts store and brought it into Jeffrey. He initially quoted me a price but after the installation he reduced the price by half stating it took a lot less time than anticipated. Who does that nowadays. Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE and if you are in an accident do not let AAA take your car here. They charge over double the normal daily storage fee at 150$ a day. They also charge an administration fee of 200$. Also, customer service is horrible. People here are disrespectful to customers and they were very rude. I would give 0 stars if I could read more

On December 20, 2019 I got an accident instead of taking my car to the garage recommended by the adjuster, I agree to have it towed to Fullerton auto collision. The tow man Assured me that Fullerton auto collision we're not only proficient in fixing the type of damage my car hat but also do So in a timely manner I was initially told by Fullerton auto collision that repairs will cost between $9,000 and $10,000 and will take two weeks to complete. Upon reaching the quoted two weeksI called Fullerton auto collision for updates but to no avail I had to leave several voicemails and calls before receiving any information about the status of the repairs. A month later I finally got my car back only to find a poorly done paint job and carelessness in the form of tape inside of the car doors that should've been removed prior to the car being returned to me. Most disappointingly the front car sensor that controls all of the safety information and in dash controls was damaged and still not replaced. In turn costing me an additional $1500 for repaired that should have taken place within the 6 weeks Fullerton Auto Collision had my car. The additional cost and time of repairs severely affected my ability to use my car for work purposes and hindered me greatly leading into the unexpected events of Covid-19. All in all, they were nice people but I was disappointed in their services. read more
