They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. There's a company closer to me (4 miles) that I didn't hire, because they told me a few things that weren't true (a fucking liar) I am much better off with the Hot Tub Outlet. We had a little bit of a plumbing emergency this week at my fiance's house, and when he called his…read moreusual plumbing company they said their first available appointment was in a WEEK. I called a company I had used before, Precision Plumbing, and they said they could be there that day; however, later in the day, they asked if they could outsource to an affiliate of theirs, which ended up being Zoom Drain. Precision had guaranteed me an arrival time after 5pm; I received a text from Zoom Drain saying they'd text me 30-45 minutes before they arrive, and Precision told me Zoom would be there 2-6pm. I received a call around 2pm and they showed up around 2:30pm. Wyatt, the technician that showed up (there were two people, I believe, though) was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. They were in and out within half an hour. The total price was $666 (ominous, ha) and that included the time and the work - they had to move both toilets to get to the pipes, my fiance said (I was working downstairs during that time), unclog both, and then put both back. Would use Zoom Drain again - I see they're in Clarkston, same as Precision Plumbing (Troy area, but their tech was in Clarkston that day too), but they were able to come to my fiance's house in Farmington Hills which was nice.

We talked with a rep who then said that they'd be out in an hour and a half. 3 hours later, still no show. Poor customer service! If they couldn't come, a phone call or text would have been great! We received NOTHING! We ended up calling another company the next day. They have been awesome during this upheaval in our lives! My mother happened to have a pipe issue that flooded her whole basement, I was able to turn the…read morewater off but then I had posted on Facebook that I needed a plumber. Next thing you know Travis messaged me and said he'd be happy to help. He was there the next day and fixed the issue right away. He was very professional and informed us of everything that was wrong.
