Bought my cousin a training package and he loved it. Coach Scifo is his favorite. Great with kids, very professional.

I'm always in search of newer and better indoor playground. Royal Magic Castle has got to rank in…read morethe current top 2 or 3. Huge modern play area, sand room, laser tag and arcade room including claw machines. The admission price is a bit pricey compared to others, open play costs $42.99 + tax for kids 3 feet and taller and 1 adult. Additional adults cost $18.99 each. It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). Place is modern and clean for now... until the next new indoor playground ground opens up.

Extremely disappointing experience for my child's birthday party…read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience so other families know what to expect. We booked our child's birthday party here and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences we've had. From the start, communication and customer service were poor. When we booked, we were told that to receive their 20% discount, the deposit had to be paid by cash or Zelle -- no credit cards accepted. We ended up sending a $300 deposit via Zelle. On the day of the party, we were unexpectedly told to pay the entire $944 up front, even though we had already paid a deposit. The staff said they would "refund" the deposit afterward, which was never clearly explained before. This caused unnecessary stress during setup since we had to gather additional cash right before guests arrived. During the event, there were several issues: We weren't asked to sign waivers until after the kids started playing, which interrupted the start of the party. The laser tag (included in our booking) wasn't ready -- the staff said the equipment was still charging. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. After the party ended, we stayed about 30 minutes to clean up the room -- something most places understand is part of the process. The next day, when we asked for our $300 deposit refund, we were told it was being withheld because we "stayed 50 minutes longer." That's unreasonable. We were cleaning up, not extending the party, and the children had mostly left. To make things worse, when we tried to discuss this issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The facility itself wasn't well maintained -- we even found garbage in the ball pit. Between the lack of communication, poor management, and the unfair way they handled the deposit, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. There are so many better options that actually value their customers. Spend your money elsewhere -- you'll get better service and less stress.

Despite this, I was still charged full price for her. The situation became even more upsetting afterward. We had to wait for Access-A-Ride for pickup, and the manager (an older woman at the front desk) told us we could not wait inside because someone had rented out the entire building. She repeatedly told us to leave and insisted we wait outside. She also did not want my 7-year-old to use the restroom while we waited. As a parent of a child with a disability, this was extremely disappointing and felt very unaccommodating. The lack of empathy and professionalism from management was disheartening, especially on a child's birthday. I hope the business improves its customer service and becomes more understanding toward families with special needs.

The reason for the low review is the concern of safety of my kids. This place is not that big and it gets really crowded with kids and parents. I highly do not recommend kids under 2 unless you going to be a hawk and shield that baby. There are kids from all age groups and some of them are rough or clumsy players. The ball pit right in front of the door is not for jumping in. There is not enough balls so when you jump you can easily step on one of the balls and slip. I seen a lot of kids have accidents. Also the platforms are matted but it is still pretty hard. I saw one kid jump from the platform to the ground and she landed on one of the balls, slipped and knocked her chin on the platform block. Boy she was not happy. The square sponge pit I totally do not understand. The pit is small, deep and there's a giant pole right in the middle. The trampoline is small. You have to be careful especially if it's more than 3 kids as they will start jumping on top of each other. If you have younger kids you do have to watch them. When it is too crowded I would not recommend coming here.

The place was so cute and clean. They had trampolines, slides and play structures. I would definitely come back and would love to have a birthday party here in the future. They have bunch of themes and it's super cute!

There is one dedicated staff that cleans and picks up all the toys on the floor. My kids loved this place. They had a lot of fun as there is so much to do. For younger kids you do need some supervision as some kids are pretty rough. Some parents also don't care about what their kids do. My son waited to play with the trains but the kid that was playing with it took all the trains with him and his mom allowed it. My son was so disappointed. Since this place is still fairy new, things are still in good condition the first time we came. The second time we came there was more wear and tear and the canon in the ball pit did not work. However, there is still a lot to keep the little one busy. My kids are on the younger side so they don't play with the smaller toys like the pretend play kitchen and the sensory toys. My kids like the pebble pit. He spent most of this time there. On the downside there are kids who don't follow the rules and throw pebbles around. Two hours do pass by very fast but it's enough to tire out the kids. Overall still a fun place to take the kids.

Walking by the store on a holiday weekday, they were open at 11am and already a fair number of people walking around inside though most games were available. For video gaming they have racing, fighting, shooting, dancing games and other rhythmic music-related ones like drumming, guitar and tapping/sliding games. There is also a photo booth, a couple individual karaoke booth "games", air hockey and basketball hoops shooting games. They're known for having a wide selection of prizes though depending on the player and the machine it may or may not be worth your time--it's a for-profit business so expect the ticket winning system to net out economically in favor of the arcade. You're really paying for the experience, and prizes are a bonus. That being said when I walked around the claw machine area I saw some plushies being won, some by very young children, unsure of how many tries it took. Plenty of staff were around, not hard to get their attention to ask a question. There's a pretty large wall of prizes (compared to some other arcades) along the back wall to the right as you enter the store from the mall side, with some ginormous plushies, manga figurines, Pokémon cards, etc as your potential winnings. Really random but I noticed they also sell adhesive nail sets in various designs at the same counter. Gift cards are available.
