Susan was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire search, which took a few months! From the beginning, she was always writing updated preapproval letters for our offers and calling or emailing to check in on a weekly basis. We had an amazing experience with Susan and her teammate Paige! Both Susan and Paige made our process so easy and seamless! We had lots of questions and they both responded within minutes to anything we asked, which is unheard of! They get you in acting like you're going to get a low interest rate on your car loans, they tell you interest rates from like 3.5% of 17% however they can't even tell you what criteria needs to be for what bracket of interest rates. I've never taken out a loan where they couldn't tell me what criteria you to meet to see if you even wanna do business with them. Technically you could have perfect credit and you can meet all the criteria and still get 17 percent interest rate if that's what they want to give you. It is a scam. Stay away from them. They lure you in on false pretense and then can't answer any questions which as a financial Institute they should be able to answer all questions. A car salesman could answer more questions about finance than their own financial institution can answer. They lost my business on that. Could've made a lot of money off my loan, I've been with the banks and their credit cards for over 15 years, I have a personal relationship with finance as well. So this leads me to believe that they have under trained staff. Ignorance is no excuse. For anyone who's reading this, in case you are unaware, as many people are, when they run your credit if you decide to not take out a loan with them, it will drop your credit by 20+ points. If you don't take the loan, it looks like you've got denied. Therefore them not being able to answer your questions properly could result in you dropping into a credit score bracket that you won't be able to get lower interest rates because they suckered you in. If you want to Bank with them, they aren't so bad they have benefits other banks don't have. But it comes the cost because there's only one location in the entire state of New Jersey.

By law, they must keep 2 months with of es row in my account big surprise the didn't. Every month, they depleted the escrow, creating another shortage for the next year. Try talking to someone. The people who answered the phone seemed to understand and agree, but it never got corrected. The problem started when they paid the wrong amount to the county, and the county returned their check. Instead of correcting, they sent me a check with no explanation. I held the check for over a month, waiting for a letter saying I had an overage but nothing. In the past, my mortgage company always sent a letter saying, "Do you want a check for the overage, or do you want to apply to your principle. But this company nothing.
