So let me start by saying I've been here about five times before and never had any issues. The owner is a very nice guy, and the other woman who seems to be a lead or manager has always been pleasant as well. But today was not it. The vibe was completely off, and the attitude of the woman who did my toes was, in my opinion as a paying customer, unacceptable from start to finish. She barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed when I asked her to cut my toenails shorter than I initially thought I wanted them. It was still early in the pedicure process, so there should not have been any issue accommodating that request. While filing, she filed directly into my skin and I physically pulled away. There was no acknowledgment or apology. Then she placed the hot stones immediately and directly onto my leg, and when I flinched and verbally said "ow" because they were extremely hot, again there was no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. On top of that, there was little to no effort put into the massage portion of the spa pedicure -- which is honestly the main reason most people upgrade to the spa package in the first place. The massage lasted maybe a minute or two per leg with no real pressure or effort. Then I apparently committed the crime of asking for a second coat of the polish I brought with me. That request was met with an eye roll. The worst part, though, was how rushed the UV curing process was. Instead of allowing the full recommended cure time, she repeatedly pulled the lamp away early. Because of that lack of attention to detail, the polish on my pinky toe literally came off in my hand while I was checking whether it had cured properly. Still no apology. No acknowledgment. Just visible annoyance that she had to redo her own work. Even after redoing it, she again failed to properly cure the clear coat, color, and top coat until I finally had to directly ask her to allow the polish to fully cure. She also ignored my request to add another coat of polish to that nail the same way she had done on the others. To make matters worse, she then left me sitting there with the UV lamp still on for about six minutes for what should have only been a 90-second cure while she started another client next to me. It felt extremely rude and dismissive. For context, I was not rude at any point. I simply asked for things I wanted as a paying customer while also providing my own materials. And let's also note -- I do my own nails at home, so I understand the process, proper cure times, and the basics of good nail service. Knowing that someone is intentionally rushing through your service and being openly rude for no reason is incredibly frustrating. When I went to pay, I spoke to the woman at the front who finally acknowledged that my nails were cured and ready. There was no normal assistance out of the chair or general courtesy that I saw other techs providing to other customers throughout the salon. I did mention my concerns, and her response was basically to ask for someone else next time. Even after they clearly recognized this technician's lack of professionalism and courtesy, I still tipped her -- even though, honestly, the service did not warrant one. Yet again, there was no thank you, no acknowledgment, nothing. I've been to many salons before, and even on bad days I've had far better experiences than this. I'm highly disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. Shame how one bad experience can ruin it.... read more

I've gone to Supreme a few times but this time was a disappointment. My daughter (visiting from Florida) and I had mani & pedi appointments at 6pm. We arrived early and picked out our colors. My daughter was taken over to start her pedi at 6pm. I could see they were backed up and I wasn't started until 6:15. By that time my daughter was moving on to her mani...fast forward to 6:45 and I'm still getting a pedi. They close at 7pm so unfortunately I didn't get to hang with my daughter and I didn't get a manicure. I love my pedi and have been happy previous visits. Don't make a late appointment unless you're ok with skipping a service. read more

My daughter and I went there. Very nice people. They did a good job on our manicures. One gel, one regular manicure. The gel mani still has not chipped a week later. The regular has a few small chips. That is typical for me. I recommend this place. Not too crowded. Same mall as Corner Post Diner. read more

I have been coming here for a few months now for my nails and I love it! Anna does beautiful work I am never disappointed.

This nail spa is under new ownership. A friend had told me about Supreme and I was skeptical because the precious salon was not the best. I reluctantly agreed to go get a fill and pedi with her and was instantly blown away. The salon is modern and immaculate. Everything comes out of a UV Sterilizer. Best spot in the area hands down---Ive tried like all of them. I've had acrylics forever and have always had issues with them breaking or lifting---since coming to Supreme had not a single issue with my nails. Tim does a great job and is able to shape my nails and can do any crazy request I have. Casey is awesome at designs and gives a great pedicure. Their pedicure is also amazing. It's pretty much a spa pedicure for a fraction of the price. read more

I have been going to this nail salon off & on for over 25 years. I have also recommended them to friends & family over those years. But recently I have heard stories about the new owners that have really bothered me to the core. I have heard that they are charging there African American customers more money, saying that they don't tip so they charge them more. I was also told that the refer to the black customers as the N word on a regular basis. I am very bothered by this as I have been a loyal customer for years & I am very disturbed by this information. I can not, & will not support a business that will take my money, & call me the N word behind my back. As far as the tipping is considered, I don't appreciate being charged a higher fee, & not being told about it! While I understand that as a business owner you have the right to charge whatever you want for services, however I also have the right to decide whether or not to pay for those services. For some woman getting there nails done is the only thing they can do as a treat for themselves, & while it can be expensive, you may not always have the money to tip. It can be a struggle just to have the money to get them done. As a consumer, I have the right to tip for good service, as well as have the right to decline to tip if I feel the work is sub par, or if I don't have the the extra money to give. I will no longer support this business, & I will be searching for a new salon. read more

The worst service I've ever had at a nail salon. I have been going to this salon for about a year and liked the way my nails were being done up until a few months ago. I received such an attitude when i did not like the color i got and requested to have it changed. The owner Tim asked me every time after that to have a color picked out and has been nothing but rude to me. I called to make an appointment a few weeks ago to get a full gel set and he told me that I'm always "changing my nails", so I did not go to my appointment and went somewhere else. Today, just to see how i would be treated (knowing i was going to be going to my new salon) i called for an appointment and when i gave Tim my name he hung up on me. Horrible management and horrible service. It's safe to say i will never be returning there again. I am now going to a better salon with nicer and much more helpful staff who actually care about what you want your nails to look like. read more

Honestly don't waste your money find somewhere else. I've been there twice and got a gel fill each time my nails are uneven lumpy and have weird marks in the gel. I spend $33 dollars and they can't even be bothered to cut my cuticles. I just don't understand how a nail tech will leave your nails lumpy and try to let you walk out of the store that way. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because the owner is nice. read more

My friend recommended me to go here, so I tried it out. Very friendly employees who come off nonjudgmental and caring. I wanted acrylic for an occasion I was attending two days later. After applying the the powder to my nails she started to file them (manual/machine). She ended up getting so close to my cuticle she made it bleed and paid no attention to what she did because she was on speakerphone with her friend for 15 minutes. Beyond rude! Once that was done I went to another employee who finished my airbrush. He had messed up my French tip on my thumb which looks absolutely ridiculous. And don't worry I said something but I was told I needed to position my hand in a different way. I asked for a design on my ring finger which was supposed to be hearts but looks like Purple blobs. The colors of the airbrush are not that vibrant whatsoever. I'm not happy with the customer service that was presented or the quality of work. I don't recommended this place at all. There are many nails salons in Brick that can offer the same price but better quality work. read more

Christina gave me one of the worst pedicures I've ever experienced! I was looking forward to getting my toes and nails ready for back to work after vacation, being interviewed and a big party that I have for this weekend...I passed on the manicure after such a shoddy job was done on my toes. Needless to say, no open toe shoes for me for quite some time. I explained to Christina that I didn't want my toenails cut since I regularly get pedicures and don't like my nails too short. Well, she didn't cut my toenails she filed them down to crooked nubs, all of my nails are uneven and painfully short. Shame on me for not paying close attention to her while she worked. My cuticles were neither trimmed (thank god) nor pushed back. I have polish on my skin and the tips of my toes are void of color. There was barely any callous removal either. I spent a total of 15 or 20 minutes in the pedicure basin, part of the time in which she cleaned it while working on me. At least she's not dirty. After seeing the horrible filing job done on my toes, I just let her finish. I should have spoken up but didn't since she was recommended by a friend ( who she called crazy, btw). Some other no-nos were a weak massage, dingy towels and no cream removal with polish remover before polishing. I would've given 0 stars if that was an option. Save your time and money. Don't go here unless you want bad service and ugly feet. read more

I've been a loyal customer since 2007 and recently I started noticing little things that bother me there. The prices starting increasing and so did the employees attitudes. The one man is very rough with your hands/nails. He also proceeded to charge me $10 more than what i had paid 2 weeks prior for a manicure. When I told him he was wrong he continued to get nasty. I ended up handing the money and storming out not saying anything. I will not be going back there especially if this is how they treat a loyal regular customer of 9 years. I've recommended a ton of people to go here over the years, but that stops now. read more
