When I walked in Not one person said hello, not one person asked me what I wanted, and there was at least 5 workers by the door on their phones looking at me side ways. When I walked in, the salon was packed and decorated very nicely. I was immediately greeted at the door and was asked what I needed, I told the man up front I made an appointment for a pedicure and he sat me down right away. I waited in the chair about 10 minutes before my technician came to start working, that wasn't a problem. However, once she started, I could tell she wasn't really trying. Everything felt very rushed and like not much thought was put into it. The foot scrub lasted a total of 10 seconds, and I left with my feet in the same condition I came in with. My technician was talking to another technician who sat in the chair next to me the whole time, and my tech was pointing to my heels and talking about me to her. I felt very uncomfortable. After about 25 minutes she was already painting my toes. I asked for white, (i think the easiest request) and walked out with this terrible streaky light gray color, that makes my nails look dingy. I'm very upset because the salon had good vibes, but these two technicians ruined it completely for me. I'm also confused by the price, because I got the basic pedicure (given the service I received, not requested) which the sign next to the chair says $35, +$2 for gel, but was charged $45.

I had an awful experience at this nail salon. I ended up in a heated argument with the owner who…read morealso threatened me, I left nearly in tears, and spent 3 hours there for a simple powdered dip. The nail technician cut me badly, showing he had no idea what he was doing. He also struggled to glue on the tips, which kept falling off. I wish I had taken pictures after he "finished." Another technician then had to spend an additional hour fixing his mistakes. I'll post pictures of the final product, where you can see how horrendous my cuticles look. The first tech applied the powdered dip so far back that my skin was essentially glued down, and the new tech had to file it off. In addition, the nails were lumpy, thick, and appeared unfinished. I went to the cash register and told the owner what happened, explaining that I did not plan to pay for the service considering the circumstances. However, I wanted to tip the nail technician who spent an hour patching up my nails. The owner argued with me, saying that my nails were fixed now and expected me to pay full price. I explained that I had been there for 3 hours for a simple powdered dip manicure and that I did not trust the structure of the nails, considering the first nail tech struggled to even glue on the tips. The owner kept repeating, "But your nails are fixed now," over and over again while I was almost in tears. Then he asked me what I'd be willing to pay for the nails, and I said $30. The owner agreed but then followed up with, "But if you don't pay the $30, then I'm going to take your nails off." We continued to argue more as I stood there with my card ready to pay. I confronted the owner, saying, "Instead of apologizing for this major inconvenience after I just agreed to pay you, you threaten to take my nails off. How exactly do you plan to do that?" He said he would cut them off. I then asked how exactly he planned to do that, and if he was going to strap me down and cut my nails off, because I certainly wasn't going to sit back down willingly. I told the owner I could walk out the door right now and no one could stop me. Being the nice human I am, I STILL paid the $30 when I should have walked out of there. I DO NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone! All I wanted was a simple apology and money taken off of the bill. When I left there I still did not receive an apology.
