I was looking for a salon to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure, and this one has good reviews. I had called inquiring their pricing for what I wanted and booked an appointment, which they were great to book me the same day! I was looking for a regular polished french mani and pedi, and I'm not sure what was written down for my appointment but the woman at the counter just quickly handed me color options. So I guess I wasn't getting a french tip that day! However I wasn't too upset since I was also open to a regular service. I ended up leaving with a gel(?) manicure and regular pedicure. Sure, I could have clarified but the staff was clearly busy and as I said before, I was open to whatever service. She saved me some money at the least! They took us right away. The manicurist did a good job on my nails. I got chrome gel and it turned out nice. The other manicurist also did a good job doing my elderly mother's nails. She was very gentle with her. They have plastic up to create a barrier (COVID is still a concern here). And the staff wore masks which I appreciate. What I didn't like was the extra charge for credit card payments. They do have a $1 ATM so you can withdraw cash. read more

This is my fifth visit here at Supreme Nails Spa and every visit I've had, my nails have been beautifully done. I would either bring images or request a specific design and the nail artists at Supreme would always be super receptive to it. The reason why I'm writing this review is because of the best experience I've had in terms of my time today at Supreme Nails. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience today and my nails did not come out how I imagined or desired. I voiced my unhappiness and dissatisfaction with my nails and Jason who is the owner was super accommodating. The same day, he took me in at 6PM and fixed my nails and the entire design. This in itself was so beyond amazing because he went above and beyond in catering towards my wants. Originally, I had a red french nail design which did not come out to my liking but I asked if I could change my nails to a nude ombré which Jason was totally okay with. Overall, Jason really changed my perspective of the business and instilled me to support the business and also write this review because of how kind he was. My nails also came out amazing but regardless of that, every experience and nail design I've had have been beautifully done. I'm so in love with my nails right now it's insane. Please be sure to check out this salon if you're looking for a new salon! I always get SNS gel powder nails and so again, highly recommend SNS gel powder! The manicure pedicures here are pretty pricey compared to the local competition and everything is rushed. I do think the people are nice here, but they don't have enough staff members and they can't keep appointment times ever. I also wish the salon offered more organic pedicure and polish options. There is a organic salon in Lyndhurst that charges less than this salon. They also charge extra for any credit card purchase under $120. I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new salon since my regular salon is about 40 minutes. After some online research, I made the mistake of choosing this place for my usual dip powder manicure. I called early in the day and was told to come in at 5:30, which is happily obliged. They took me in right away and soaked my nails.- but after that, I was left waiting for 55 minutes! For 55 minutes I watched Jason and all the other staff members continue to take other clients and do entire manicures and new sets. Mind you- I was not a walk-in that they were squeezing in- I he made an appointment. After an hour, I was shuffled around from one person to another. I understand if they are busy- but then stop taking walk ins and address the clients with appointments. It's clear that their priority is getting people in the door and staying- but not coming back. They also do not tell you- if you're look into get a shape (I did almond), it's an extra $5. Mine, I guess, but it's not written out anywhere. And as for tips for a broken nail, if you ask for 1- they have to charge you for 10. Completely outrageous. The top coat used was not the correct top coat for Powder Gel (he used the ESSIE top coat- again, I'm sure to save money- but a few hours later- it's already chipping). While there, I observed the place to be completely unsanitary. None of the tools were disinfected between clients which sounds like an infection waiting to happen. Overall, I was there for over 2 hours- for a simple powder gel manicure (no designs or anything)- the same service that I've been getting for years elsewhere for just about an hour. I paid more, wasted my afternoon and ruined my night for no reason. Please- save your time, money and go somewhere else- anywhere else. read more

I like that they don't try to upsell other services. They are transparent with pricing. Well, service is fast that is a plus. But my main focus is really getting the cuticles out from a Pedicure. That did not happen I was very disappointed. After almost finishing my Manicure.
