I had an appointment for 9:30 am. Arrived 10 minutes early. They put me on the chair. 3 ladies and a girl walk in and they leave me sitting in the chair to take care of the girl. Ok. Pedi. Them a mani but then she goes to another lady and starts filing her nails!!! Like are you kidding me. Why even make an appointment. Sad because I was here a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I've been going here for a while. I've always been very pleased when Lily was there. Today was the first time I've ever been disappointed and dissatisfied with the way my fill was done. The owner, I'm assuming she's the owner, was in a rush to do what, I have no idea. It's not like they had a line of people waiting. She had a horrible attitude. Stay away from here. First time here and first time back in a salon since the pandemic. I had a gel mani and pedicure. Salon was very clean and organized. Patrons were spaced out every other chair (only three of us were in there) and there's a plastic barrier between employees and customers. All tools come out of a sterile bag and file/buffers are new and disposable. Water basin has a plastic liner. I watched the employees sanitize the station as soon as a customer left. I felt very comfortable in there because of the safety measures they were adhering to. Definitely recommend and will return. read more

Despite making an appointment, I waited 20 minutes to have the worst pedicure. He did not remove cuticles nor did he exfoliate/remove dead skin. He did not use moisturizer/lotion and my nails are long and even. I am disgusted that they had the audacity to charge for that. I do a better job myself at home. I've been to the salon quite a few times and have never been disappointed! This was a new set I got for the holidays. I got a pedicure too and it totaled about 115 for both but that was due to additional costs like design. It's 10 dollars less for acrylic than UV gel but I like the look of this way better. I've had multiple good manicurists here but Yuki (she did the shaping and design) put more detail in my nails than the reference picture had. Definitely scheduling with her again! read more

They're really good with protecting from COVID. They have plastic dividers and everything, which gives me a sense of security. I did a gel manicure, and that was 3 days or so ago, and it didn't chip even though I've carried heavy things around and I've definitely banged my nails on some hard, pointy surfaces. I only asked for a pedicure and needed to talk on the phone during my pedicure. The staff shout at each other in what I assume is Chinese so much you can not even hear the TV or your phone call. It is rude. Rather than speaking to their clients, they ignore the clients yet YELL at each other. The lady barely addressed my rough skin, did a 30 second massage and my toe nail polish was thrown on. I have to re-do it! I was shocked at the price of my pedicure and even more shocked at they yelled at me too, just like the last customer, when they weren't satisfied with my 15% tip (frankly they didn't deserve a tip at all). They appear disorganized because she kept getting up to do other things. I had to ask her to start on my friend to soak off gel and said I would wait. Overall she did a very very OK job. The hot stone was tapped on the top of my foot, vivi did not file straight nails, no foot massage at all. Maybe this pedicure would be worth like $10 but $25 for sure not. So I used to go to them a while back and after 3 times of waiting 30-45 mins after my appointment time, I decided it wasn't worth it anymore. They have NO respect for your time. In turn, today (only went today because my place was fully booked up) I had some trouble getting out of the house and wound up 15 mins late and they turned me around and said it's too late. I was SHOCKED and so upset. She also called me right at 9:28 to see if I was coming and I told her I would be 5 mins late - she knew I was on the way and would have been nice to call me back to let me know it's too late, I understand they're busy (which I also don't understand how .. a BASIC mani is $17???) Anyway, so crazy disappointed and I went back in and nicely told them I've waited many times a lot longer than 15 mins and she said no and they have an opening 7 hours later. Needless to say, I don't know how they can run a business where they're constantly taking people well after their appointments but never giving leeway to the clients. Anyway save yourself some time (and $$) and go elsewhere - there are many better nail salons in the surrounding area. read more

I just want to start this by saying I'm generally not a complainer. My friend & I made an appointment for us to get pedicures together. When we arrived we were both seated & there was only 1 nail technician for both of us. This was super annoying considering we asked to get our pedicures done together & had to be somewhere else in less than 2 hours. After Vivi, our nail tech, was made aware of our later appointment she rushed the end of my friends & my entire pedicure. I waited 35 minutes for my pedicure to start & it lasted about 18 from beginning to drying. When I went to check out they told me it was gonna cost an extra $5 for having to buzz off my chipped gel pedicure from months ago. Good customer service would tell you to maybe waive the $5 charge for having a client wait 35 minutes, but whatever. There's 17 other nail salons in Lyndhurst, just go somewhere else. read more

After my horror story at that organic green salon earlier this week I had to refresh my hands and feet. I happened to go grocery shopping at the shop rite when I spotted this place. I walked in asked if they would be able to service me today?, the girl was very sweet and accommodating. She reached out to another girl in the back to come out. I was looking around it was super clean . They have plastic all around to cover for COVID. The girl came out saw my hands and knew instantly what I wanted pulled out a chair for me and asked that I pick the color.they have the radio on and two giant tv s on each side of the mail station. I asked and was told 37.00 which is average. She removed the nonsense that other place left on my hands. The color was semi light and she did take her time. She didn't pile on the color I noticed. Let's see how long they last. She did give me a card with her name and writing that stated 10 day guarantee on it . I don't know what that means. As luck would have it in the middle of my manicure my phone ran I was needed to respond to my daughter s house. I had dog duty and cable waiting duties. I explained to the girl I would take a rain check on the feet today. My feet would be for another day. I got up left a tip and was on my way . My nails look nice but again no real work no design or length added. I'll see how it goes in 10 days. I am happy with the service for now. There's plenty of parking and the area is pretty safe . I got the Milk Spa pedicure and my feet have never been softer. Rima is great at shaping acrylic nails coffin, almond, short everything. Very clean they use new tools for each client. Chairs are comfortable and massages are great. Appointments recommended but you'll still be waiting for a bit even if you have one. read more
