I went here for the first time today after reading good reviews to get my nails done…read more I asked for UV gel with 4 nails ( 2 on each hand) a tortoise design. The nail technician did a good job shaping them. However, I'm not happy with the final result. My nails were almond shaped and the edges of each nail were sharp causing an unpleasant rough scratchy feeling when I scratch my arm. I had to file them myself with a buffer when I got home. During my service each finger placed in the UV light after the iv gel was placed burned so badly I had to take it out of the light and shake my hand, it was so painful. The tortoise design looks good from far away, however the nail art is bumpy and it was not smoothed out. Lastly, I did not see one ounce of barbicide or any indication that anything was being sanitized. The scrub brushes had one holder, no option to put into any sort of cleaning solution, and a pair of what appeared to be un sanitized cuticle scissors were used. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bring this up to my nail technician due to language barrier. I ended up paying $145 without tip today, and feeling ripped off. I feel disappointed.

They called and said it wouldn't be enough time to get my toes and nails done in 2 hours so they called me approximately 3-4 times during the work week to have me arrive at 12:30. I also had to send pictures of the nails I wanted to make sure they had enough time. This was a red flag because I have nothing even on my toes at all and I've been in and out of salons in 2.5 hours with old polish on my toes and hands. They also called at 11:00 asking me to come early because they had a no show but I said no because I was traveling back to the NJ area. They don't have lot parking so you have to find street parking and I was 6 min late walking in when the nail artist walks me over to the pedicure chair to say she won't have time to do french toes with chrome. I grabbed my stuff and left. I even tried to explain myself to the receptionist that I had to have multiple convos about this appointment and saying that they can't accommodate me now is ridiculous. She then told me to "take it down a notch". No, you step it up and be better. You guys are extremely rude and I will never come back to this salon or recommend you ever. This is a nail salon not a surgical center, stay in your lane. I'm glad I made the decision to not get my wedding nails done here, terrible vibes from the staff. I would give a 0 if I could. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
