My experience was extremely frustrating and ultimately very costly. Getting answers, having calls returned, and getting clear information about what was happening became an ongoing struggle. What was especially upsetting was that I rely on this attorney to properly handle an important real estate transaction, and I feel that his lack of knowlege and attention to the matter resulted in significant unneccessary costs and stress for me. I should not have had to repeatedly chase down information or question whether things were being handled correctly. The entire process left me feeling that my interests were not being adequately represented. For the amount of money I paid, I expected competent legal guidance, clear communication, and someone who would take responsibility for my transaction. All of his numbers on prior closing statement were incorrect and not in my favor. Even post closing when everything was supposed to have been handled, I am incurring costs. I would not use this attorney ever and based on my experience I would encourage anyone looking for a real estate attorney not to look at his 5 star review, instead ask for his references from clients.
