When I think about the way that the Supreme store in SF feels to me, I'm reminded of a line my brother said to me once while we walked down the street behind someone wearing a pair of Crocs: "Have you ever put on a pair of Crocs?" he asked me. I shook my head no, wondering where this could possibly be going. "Crocs feel exactly the way you think they would feel just by looking at them." That's how the Supreme store feels. Exactly how you'd expect, exactly what you'd expect, exactly who you'd expect. And it's not that it's some torturous experience or anything, it's just not necessarily worth a visit aside from a drop that you wouldn't be able to obtain online. But, you likely wouldn't even be able to find out if what you're after is in stock in-store or available anyway because staff so rarely answer calls made to the store. read more

Have been to different Supreme stores- Japan, LA, Chicago, had to go in my hometown. It's located near Market and 6th street. Street Parking just beware of 6th street. Otherwise, security at the door, they will let you in. Just to be polite, if you want to take photos, ask security. Depending on location it isn't allowed. When I went to Japan, it was not allowed. You walk in. Dope statues, looks like there's a skateboard spot to ride in the back, merch is nicely displayed. My son got a Supreme jacket, and I got the Nike AF1 collab with Supreme. I was at this store on the grand opening day 10/24/2019 and have been a supporter of the brand for a long time for many reasons. I brought my girl's little man in and got him his first skateboard and the staff helped him put it together and brought us up to the bowl and made it a memorable experience for him and probably more so for me who wears some Supreme most days and uses the accessories daily. I really wanted to support Supreme SF with their latest drop, especially since I was excited about the new Carti shirt. But honestly, this location has been beyond frustrating. I've been calling the store during business hours, multiple times, and nobody ever picks up the phone. Not once. It's 2025, you'd think a store of this size and reputation would at least answer calls or provide some way for customers to check stock info. Instead, I'm left guessing and wasting time, with zero way of knowing if something as popular as the Carti tee is still in stock. For a brand built on hype and exclusivity, the least they could do is treat customers with a bit more consideration. Right now, it feels like Supreme SF doesn't care at all. Answer the phone. To start off security was not nice to begin with asked a question about how long they thought it would take to get into the store. Got a not so great answer but was fine with that. But then after being told maybe an hour from the point we were standing at my friend went to grab something from the store next door. While walking pass the guard he rudely says your friend can't save your spot in line, and that he would have to get to the back of the line when he returns. Mind you i just watched this lady walk to the front where her dude was and nothing was said to her to go to the back of the line. Like if you going to enforce a rule it needs to apply to all. This was my first time visiting an offline Supreme store and WOW - was I blown away. For some reason, I always failed to cop the online releases so I always look at Supreme clothing and apparel at resell prices and they're quite pricey but I was able to get a first look at a lot of their clothes for retail prices and they were so affordable! I was able to buy a really nice windbreaker and a hoodie at reasonable prices. They have everything from clothing to accessories and they also have sale prices as well. The employees working there are super kind and everyone was really helpful in my purchase. There were many things I wanted but my budget didn't allow it, but I did enjoy looking at the clothes and seeing the nice things they had -- I'm glad I was able to check this place out! read more

Supreme out of NYC is finally in my hometown and its about time. I've always felt San Francisco was a baby New York and its long skateboarding history lines up well with Supreme's heritage. Located on Market St near 6th St. Your options, if you're driving a vehicle to the store, is street parking or nearby garage parking. The store is located in the Tenderloin so it can be a little grimey. Being that it's Covid-19 era, the city's many parking garages are closed so your best bet right now is metered parking. I suggest you find some above Market St as it's less grimey towards Union Square. The Tenderloin can be shocking to some people that arent used to this part of town. Safety precautions are in effect and I felt very safe & looked after while shopping there. The security guards are up front. They are friendly and make sure things are in order. There is a worker that checks you in via iPad and your temperature is taken at the door. Next you are asked to use hand sanitizer in case you touch the merchandise throughout the store. A path through the store in one direction is how Covid-19 social distancing is being handled. An employee will walk with you through each display rack and they can get the sizes you need out back. That employee stays with you until you are set to check out at the register. Social distancing cues as well as arrows showing you the direction of foot traffic are clearly designated on the floor. The manager told me that the city comes in regularly to check if their established protocols are being followed. SF is strict. Most of downtown is still shut down. Nearby Union Square is a ghost town. And like I said, the big parking garages nearby like the 5th & Mission garage that is behind the Westfield San Francisco Centre is closed. I have never in my whole life, ever seen that parking garage closed. So be prepared to be rounding the blocks near Supreme trying to find a space. The San Francisco store looks great. Artwork throughout the store by Mark Gonzales was cool to see. The bowl at the back of the store looks to be a similar build as the one inside the store in Los Angeles. The San Francisco store is bigger by a lot... The employees were great, the safety precautions are excellent, the store is super clean and the Supreme quality remains. I'll be back every time I'm back home in the city for sure. read more

PSA - take my review with a grain of salt since my experience might be different from the next person. Tried coming here last week an hour before they were closed, but was denied entry by security telling me that they closed early that day. That's all he said and looked away immediately. Like he didn't even say it in a nice or dead pan manner...like I felt it was kind of a rude tone. I mean....I still saw a lot of activity in the store. I mean I get it, stores can close when and when they want without having to explain why they closing early and what not. Maybe I didn't fit the stereotype of their intended clientele? Who knows. I didn't know Supreme was so exclusive with who they let in. It sure felt that way with his tone when he told me they was closed. Again, maybe I'm thinking too much into it and taking it personally when I really shouldn't (it happens). But then again, my friend who was with me also made the same comment as we were walking off like "maybe you didn't fit their mold." Anyways....I'll stick to shopping their stuff online. At least then I can only be denied by FedEx or UPS (that's another story in itself). read more

Our exchange student from Spain requested visiting this store before he returned home. We had been on a different side of the city and the drive here was cool. We saw things we didn't know were there, like the original Swensons. Ok. Back to the review. We parked at the Westfield parking lot and walked over. Definitely not our best move. It was sketchy as hell. I tried to not let it bother me, but seriously, I was a little nervous. Once to the store, we were greeted and let in immediately. I'm thankful we didn't have to wait. The store was like a sanctuary. It doesn't really match the part of town it is in or maybe it does and I have no idea what I'm talking about. I was able to pick up a hoodie and a t-shirt. I love shopping at Supreme in SF! I usually stop by on a week day and there never seems to be a line. Upon arrival I am greeted by the friendly security which opens the door and lets me in. I shopped on Monday, December 16, 2024 around 12noon. The security guards outside were super friendly, so was the female staff who put in my order of three items. While I was waiting for my items, I wanted to sit down as I was pretty tired from an already busy morning. The female staff said that I should go and wait by the counter, which I did and found some step-stools to sit on. Two other customers were already waiting before me. The man at the counter made eye contact with me a few times as he rang people up. Eventually he looked at me and pointed at my haul on the counter. When I came over to the counter he made a dismissive comment about how he's not paying attention to people who are not standing in front of the counter. I found this rude and I simply responded that I was tired and wanted to sit down. Upon leaving the store, the female staff said thank you to me and both of the guards opened the door for me and we shared some small talk and laughs. I'm leaving this review as I am annoyed when people who work in customer service at "high end" places act like they're better than the people they are serving. Being friendly goes a long way and this man was anything but friendly. Either he was having a bad day or hates his job. read more

Man, the staff is so HELPFUL! Kudos to them. The store has a dope aesthetic and vibe with great music playing in the background. There's even a mini bowl in the back for skateboarding. The line on opening weekend took around 2.5 hours but the staff were friendly. The area is not that great though so just be aware. read more

Been wanting for a minute to find time to visit this store, my gf has been one time before me. We came on Monday morning right before they opened at 11:00AM, but since we didn't have an appointment, we had to wait a few minutes, but they let us in 5 minutes after 11, haha. Walked around the store which was cool, and we had an associate stand by our side the entire time to answer an questions we had. We had to follow the arrows for covid restrictions but they were very cool and not making it stressful if we went the wrong way for a moment. He was able to assist us getting us sizes, colors, anything we needed. I forget his name but he was a tall skinny dude but he was hella chill. Me and my gf bought two invested clippings hoodies from SS21 in black and pink, my gf bought a micro boxed logo tee, and I got a 6-panel since it was colder this past Monday. Neither here nor there. Convenient for in-person shopping and to find "random" items that are no longer available online. I have never been a fan of the "we're going to make you wait outside for 5-10m just to create hype" kind of guy...especially when no one else is in line or when the store isn't busy. It's rather sad and comical--so anticipate that tactic. Customer service isn't great--but it doesn't have to be. It's Supreme, they know you're willing to put up with sub-par experiences for their goods. Go in expecting the worst, and hope to find something great to make up for the rest. read more
