If I could give a negative rating I would. I get my cars detailed on a regular basis and for our first cleaning with Yury was 2 hours late. I paid right under $300 for 3 of our cars to get normal service. BY far the worst car washing ever. There are spots everywhere, he did not vacuum our cars throughly. I have an escalade and he didn't even go in my trunk to vacuum or shampoo because if he did, he would have saw mold growing since I accidently spilled something. I messaged Yury to let him know about my disappointment and he never wrote me back. For $110 for my car, his work was worth $20. It was close to closing for Yuri and he told me he wasn't taking any more costumers, but I begged him to come by since one of my buddies threw up in my car just then. It had been a long time since that vehicle got some love but aside from a few large scratches that need body work, it looks like new! It's been about a month since then and it's still great!
