There are, at times, flaws, mishaps, and imperfections when completing services like window tinting. Knowing this I tend to be patient with the process and outcome, and focus more on how the person completing the service takes care of the customer. This was my experience with Tint Lady. Round 1 of tinting my '08 WRX needed to be corrected. Gina was more than accommodating to fix the issue, and was always positive and friendly. I know she stands completely behind the services she performed. Round 2 turn out great!!! I strongly recommend Tint Lady if you are looking for quality products and top tier customer service.

He scheduled me 2 days out, which was fine, and the best part was he was able to get in Ford Glass for my F150.
