It's just a windshield. I don't believe they spoke the truth. He scheduled me 2 days out, which was fine, and the best part was he was able to get in Ford Glass for my F150. Knowing this I tend to be patient with the process and outcome, and focus more on how the person completing the service takes care of the customer. This was my experience with Tint Lady. Round 1 of tinting my '08 WRX needed to be corrected. Gina was more than accommodating to fix the issue, and was always positive and friendly.
