We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. They spent quite a bit of time with us and at the end of everything selected beautiful blinds for throughout the house. We also had verticals done for the sliding glass door. Spent a good 30 minutes, measuring and remeasuring all the windows, since we are in a mobile home the windows are different sizes. When they are ready to leave and had selected our Blinds, they went over everything again and gave us a date for delivery. The date was prompt, the blinds came in and installed. The Installer, Gerard was in constant communication regarding the date to install the blinds. Texted us like he said 15 minutes before he arrived. He was very neat, installed every blind in the house and went over the instructions on how to use our blinds. I'm not one to usually write a review and have never written a negative review in my life, but the…read morelack of communication and zero accountability here has lead me to post this. My wife and I made our order and paid the down payment on March 16th. We were told there was a chance we would get some of the order within 2 weeks and potentially could take up to 6 weeks for delivery. We never received an update after weeks passed, and after my wife tried calling and emailing multiple times we received one email a month later saying they would check status on our order...then we did not get a text until May 6th saying status was delayed. We've tried calling and texting multiples times with no response for the last 2 weeks and now we are coming on 10 weeks with no blinds and no status on where our order is. This is extremely frustrating especially with our down payment (50% up front). It does not seem like this is the norm for this company but our experience has been terrible so far. Hopefully they can make this right.
