The door knob matched exactly like the other doors, and the window was beautiful with the same design but better quality and energy efficient! We also went with a company that would not shy away from new construction windows since we knew we had termite damage around one of the windows. They did a great job and the extra cost for new construction was well worth it. The window company they use is located in Anaheim and has a showroom and is very comparable with Milgard and Anlin windows. After changing an appointment to do the final measurement (which can happen) he made another appointment for the next morning. That morning prior to the set time he called and said they could not do the job. The "boss" told him to cancel because they got a bigger job and they could not make time for my job. This was not a cracked window job--it was a full day's worth of work. Apparently satisfying a customer who they said they were happy to see liked to employ local businesses rather than big chains was not really what they are all about. I cannot attest to the quality of their work since they do not show up. However, if you want to do business with a company that will actually provide you with service this is not the place to go.
