Best supplement store I've ever been to definitely best one in Columbus. Here's why they have supplements that other stores will not get because this is a niche store. They have the basics, but they also have the top-of-the-line supplements that can absolutely change your life with their recently with a discrepancy in my life that I was having I was weaker and it felt like I was losing strength, although I was drinking tons of protein, and getting a lot of sleep, pointing me in the direction of two supplements no not steroids and I've gotten stronger more energy and absolutely just been taking off in my athletic journey so hats off to this company. After recently starting a fat loss/muscle gain kick in order to "celebrate" my 30th birthday on a few months, I ran out of my old protein shake mix. A friend from work told me about Supzilla, and mentioned that they even sold whey "by the pound" and that you could scoop your own. Instantly I started thinking of all of the flavor combinations that I could put together, with fruit favors. Alas, the scoop your own was limited to a few different qualities of protein, and only chocolate and vanilla flavored. The pricing was still mostly in line with prices I've seen online, although they didn't have some of the dirt cheap products that sites like Bodybuilding.com had. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, and were obviously very passionate about their products no matter which brand we were talking about. The only point where I felt like I was being pressured to buy a certain protein was when I was first checking out the scoop your own. But as soon as I said I was looking to try something more fruit flavored this time, i was shown to some other options, and not pressured to go back to the scoop your own. And I expect staff to have their own personal favorites of products. Lord knows I did when I worked retail, even when I wasn't commission based (no idea of these guys are or not). Overall this was a really positive experience, that didn't seem overpriced like a lot of other supplement shops. The staff listened to my goals and made recommendations based on those goals. I'll definitely be back! My only two downers are that of their three locations, none of them are very close to me (live in Reynoldsburg), and that the scoop your own option didn't have more flavor options. read more

I have been here a few times and my service has been great! Today I was looking for a new supplement. We were the only people in the store and the employee never acknowledged us. I asked multiple questions and got short responses. The employee didn't get up once to help even after asking multiple questions. We made a special trip to come out to this location and were disappointed in the customer service unfortunately. read more

Great location right next door to gym big, clean store that is not "store brand" over run. So they actually try to sell you what you need. The manager was super knowledgable and even told me to go and research if I wanted to before pickin anything up. Will return instead of other places read more

I was super intimidated to go in the store. As I pull up in front of the store I see perfectly buff young guy and here I am middle-aged mom with all sorts of baby weight hanging around clearly knowing not a whole lot about anything in the store. Intimidation gone within seconds. The staff was incredibly helpful. They asked my goals, gave me suggestions, I explained the differences between products and did not try and sell me lots of stuff that I didn't even need yet. He made suggestions for products that could look at down the line but was not pushy at all. I was expecting the same kind of service I've gotten from some of the National chains that I have gone to in the past where some kid tries to sell you every product they carry as soon as you say weight loss. I was invited to the grand opening of SupZilla in Westerville, OH. I was greeted by several of the SupZilla help including the owners. They were very knowledgeable with all their product and gave workout tips that would maximize the effectiveness of whatever product you chose. The serpentine green decor of the walls, the spacious shopping area, and the sofa TV lounge give it a very cool vibe. I never saw this in any supplement store before, but SupZilla has a "Scoop Your Own Protein Powder" bar. Now you can choose how much powder you want and the more you get, the cheaper it gets too! To make things more interesting, they have a resident chiropractor who takes on clients and helps them with anything dealing with their back, posture, and nutrition. The Urban Active Fitness Club just around the corner now has a convenient shop that its members can walk right up to. I liked everything I saw at SupZilla and know you will too. read more

Good store. Pretty good selection of stuff I like the fact that they carry some good brands that larger chain stores do not carry. They have almost the full line of Beverly products, a good amount of Universal/Animal and a huge selection of Allmax, as well as some other great brands that you can mostly only buy online. The prices are also similar to online and they usually have some specials. I picked up a tub of animal juiced aminos here for 19.99 when they first came out. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. read more

Let me tell you about these guys here, I'm a woman who works out, consistently but not over the top so about 3 times a week. I don't go in the store and spend hundreds of dollars every week or even every month but the guys in this shop treat me like I do. They answer every question I have when I come in, and make recommendations that are honest and true and not just to make a sell. I'm a woman who sticks with the same product every trip so I was heart broken to find out they no longer carried my favorite protein. For about a month the guy took my number and told me he would make some calls and call me if he found it but I never got a call :( I've been without my protein for over a month and decided to stop in the store and just unfortunately try something new. To my pleasant surprise the amazing guys in the shop had found my fav protein, ordered it, JUST FOR ME, and only hadn't called because he misplaced my number :) Best customer service I've had in a long time! Not sure why yelp won't allow me to give 5 stars but they undoubtedly deserve 5! read more
