When he arrived he asked what issues I was having then he looked and made suggestion as to what liked it need. Ended up replacing springs, multiple cables and the pulleys. He also reprogrammed the door opener, lubricated the tracks, the door rollers and retightened all the bolts. They also prove a 3 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor.
