Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician to my house. Since the equipment is old, he had to send a technician after all. While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Very fair, trustworthy, and refreshing to deal with a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend for your security needs!

This is the worst alarm detection company of all time! My wife and I bought a house that already…read morehad their existing system. Since living here we've had multiple smoke detection warnings that were never detected by this company or the fire department was never alerted. All Time sent a technician who had no idea how to fix the system and then sent me a bill for almost $400 for the service call. They came to setup a new WiFi transmitter which was supposed to resolve the issue. Then we got a low temperature warning and All Time could not explain how to turn the alarm off so disabled it for 2 weeks. They were supposed to call us the next day to help resolve the issue but never did. Finally we got a carbon monoxide warning from our consumer detectors and All Time's never went off. I called them and the technician said it was just a low battery. I didn't trust them so called the fire department who came and detected massive amounts of carbon monoxide in my home and evacuated us until they resolved it. If I had listened to All Time and didn't call the fire department my wife and I could have died in our sleep! We are now looking into legal action against this company. Don't ever use them if you want to have your lives safe!!!

I went with the company already contracted with the home I bought, All Time detection. They made me sign a 5 year contract!! From the second I moved into my home we have had CONSTANT problems with this company. The alarm would go off but no one from the company would either recognize the alarm or if they did they wouldn't know how to turn the alarm off or reset the system. They would blame cellular equipment ( that they installed) or cell tower failures in the area that didn't exist. The final straw was when my carbon monoxide alarms went off in my house went off warning us that there were deadly levels present in our home. We called All Time and we told them about the alarms and they said," those aren't our alarms, those are the store bought Kidde alarms and they probably just need new batteries." Well I called the fire department and I am so glad I did. They came over with all their equipment and registered deadly amounts of carbon monoxide. We were forced to evacuate our home with our dogs. The fire department found our all time detectors NEVER WENT OFF!!! When we told this to the manager of All Time they refuted our claims even thought the 12 firefighters who came to our home promised to stand up in court to refute them. All i wanted in return was a refund of the 6 months of useless service and they still won't give me my money back!!! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO PUT IN CHARGE OF PROTECTING YOU!!! Run as fast as you can to any other company.

And services that deliver are super important and in high demand. I got quotes from several services on Yelp. Aoun from RCJ was the most straight forward. He communicates really well and is eager to please clients. We set an appt for 2PM. He texted me at 11AM and said he could move it up to 12:00. He arrived at 12:00 on the dot. That is miraculous in this age of 6-hour windows. I needed to have installed: Smart Lock, Video Doorbell, Co2 detector, Smoke Detector, Leak Sensor and glass break sensor. These were being added to my existing security system. So, besides physical installation, they had to be integrated (even something as simple as smoke detector). The job went so smoothly that it was almost unnerving. No grumbling of how a part didn't fit or something wasn't going well. No calls to tech support or trips to the store.
