I called Jim at 7:01pm and by 7:30pm (well after normal working hours) he had gotten me into my house, replaced the battery to my electronic lock that had died, keyed me a brand new key bypass for the lock so I wouldn't get locked out again and gave me some suggestions on replacing my deadbolt as well.
