Our front door knob suddenly stopped working late Monday night leaving us with only the back sliding glass door for entering and exiting. Patrick responded to my request for help early Tuesday morning and by lunchtime the door knob and lock were functional again and he even fixed an issue that had been a problem since the original installation in late 2015. Patrick was immediately responsive and efficient. I stupidly locked myself out of my apartment late in the day and Patrick was first to respond out of a dozen phone calls. He made sure to quote me accurately and provide alternative options of other locksmiths closer to my area since he was about 30 minutes away from my apartment. Moved into a new house and needed new locks quickly - put out a bid on Yelp for nearby locksmiths & Patrick got back quickly and could get to my house that morning. Even with my movers in the house, he quickly changed out the locks and got the job done and did a great job. And even more, when I couldn't figure out why one door wasn't locking, he got back to me late at night (after I messaged him not an hour before) to tell me how that door worked.
