They told me they would contact me to let me know that they ordered the key but they never did. They told me that it would take 2-5 days for the key to arrive and stated it should come Sunday Nov 23rd. It didn't come Sunday and still no communication from the company. I called Sunday and they told me the key should come Monday. I called Monday and was told it should come Tuesday. I called Tuesday and they told me it should come Wednesday. I don't know if this is a trend or bad luck but in situations like this I would hope companies would reach out to customers to inform them. Hopefully the company reads this and works on the communication between the customer. Please do better.
