We contacted the owner Ben for an appointment for the next day between 10-11am. The technician arrived 4 hours late at 3pm, confirmed the cylinder needed to be replaced and lock rekeyed to match the other key. We were quoted $250 total. Itemized receipt attached. The lock replacement alone was $169 compared to $35 quoted on a simple lock. We knew the prices were outrageous but didn't want to schedule with a different provider since our tenant already wasted most of the day waiting for B1. The technician finished the job within 15 min. This will definitely be our last time working with B1, really disappointed in this company.

The installation was flawless cutting a new hole in a solid wood door and adding extra steel reinforcement to compensate for a problem with the door jam.
