He also recommended the metal end plates since they typically last 15 years and he said mine needed replacing. I accepted that repair and he suggested replacing the rollers but i declined that as it would have made it a higher cost than I was comfortable paying. My garage door was damaged back in mid October. I called a different company but on 12/21 still nothing done. So I called these guys on 12/23. Eddie came out the same day. His estimates were actually lower than the other company that had not done anything for 2 months. This included painting the doors since they were delivered white. He said they could get it done the week after Christmas. On 12/28, sure enough they came and installed the 2 car and 1 car garage doors. Working great.
