I accepted that repair and he suggested replacing the rollers but i declined that as it would have made it a higher cost than I was comfortable paying. I was happy they were able to schedule me on Sunday morning. The technician that came out worked under Ultimate garage door but affiliated with Olympus. His estimates were actually lower than the other company that had not done anything for 2 months. This included painting the doors since they were delivered white. He said they could get it done the week after Christmas. On 12/28, sure enough they came and installed the 2 car and 1 car garage doors. Working great.
