I pay for unlimited data and it was fine until the last 2 months. last monthly April 2025 I had zero service for 14 days. at least 10 phone calls to get response my Netgear showed zero days left of data but I pay for unlimited it suddenly came on for a few days and finally IT. Ashley, spoke to me 2 times. they were supposed to reimburse me for 14 days no reimbursement. at least 10 more calls, NO RESPONSE11111 Now May and they charged me 130.00 and I have had zero service no return phone calls from billing or IT. at least 10 calls. Netgear says zero data again. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission today also, the better business bureau I would not use them. i learned online that when Verizon towers get overcrowded they slow down or cut off brokers data first vs thier own direct. That is clearly what is happening and they just want take payment for unlimited data but it is not available. since they do not respond I assume they are not open for a business. they could be going out of business since they do not return any calls and keep taking my money. bad bad news. you can get verizon direct home internet as well as T Mobile. read more

BEWARE: FRAUD This is not a reputable company. Internet goes out and they won't answer the phone. Pretty sure they are stealing/misusing the internet access they sell, completely unreliable. Technical help and customer service are non-existent. I would say I don't know how they are still in business, but I do know, it is because they are thieves and do not provide the service per the contract that they promise. I have no internet (for a couple of weeks now) but they have my money. Stopped the auto draft of course but am finding it so unbelievable that they are getting away with this. The company is providing no recourse at all for blatantly breaking the contract they have with me. I will have to pursue legal action for breach of contract. I used Sure Site Satallite when I lived in Spotsylvania. I am renting from a landlord that will not allow any services to be attached to the house, so my first call was back y to o Sure Site Satellite. My experience with Heather in the sales department was professional and helpful. Heather did a great job setting up my account and keeping me updated as to when my internet System shipped to my house. I had a minor billing issue and the billing department handled it right away. I have never had any trouble getting to speak to anyone when I have called. Very happy with their service and product. I live in an area that service is not the greatest. I only use streaming services and have been very pleased with the service. read more

We have had issues since the day we signed up with this company a year ago. They never answer the phone or return calls. The internet is constantly going out at random times. And when someone does answer the phone they are rude and/or unknowledgable our sim card expired and we were not notified before hand even though the company said they knew the card would expire on the 9th when we called. we were not refunded for the time period that we were left without any internet what so ever. My husband works from home and my children are doing internet school so this was a HUGE issue for us. A warning email beforehand would have helped us so much, or maybe just simply sending out a new sim card since they took our money for a service. The guy took the time to describe the technology involved for our isolated area to receive adequate signal. Now, I can stream without running out of data, which was my main concern. We lost internet service last Thursday morning, when I call Tech Support it went to voicemail, so I left a message. I called back two hours later and message they left was they are closed. Friday they set out an email telling people not to call they they don't have enough staff to communicate with customers. I sent a message to the Customer Service expressing my concerns and was told that I'm not on a contract if I don't like their service go with someone else. Service has been completely unreliable for months. Out for days at a time. Zero response to my emails or calls for support.

So as most of you know, they are committing fraud with the services they provide and not just fraud but they also violate their contracts. The contract I signed, clearly stated they prorate $4 per day. I went 11 days without internet due to their chips and routers being canceled and blocked by AT&T for doing things the wrong way. I was at no fault of this and so I requested to be credited for the days I went without internet since I paid a full month's worth ($127). They owe me $44 but said they will only credit me $20. If you can't follow your own contracts maybe you should have a business. This will be reported to FTC & FCC and any other place I can report it to. Everyones internet has been off and they have forwarded every call to their voicemails. They didn't send out new SIM cards on time, and the few who received them said they didn't work. I have used Sure Site for about eight months and am happy with their service. After spending the last six years using satellite internet, this service is a breath of fresh air, especially living in the country. I understand there is limited internet in rural areas, so i can't complain about the service they offer me. My wife has been teleworking for over a year and has been successful, and that means more to me than anything else. Before Sure Site, I couldn't stream anything using satellite, but now I can stream without worrying about limits and being slowed to almost nothing. I have emailed and called several times, but NO ONE has the decency to return a response. I have been without the internet for 6 days now! I expect a full refund for services not rendered!. This is very poor business. You take people money and give nothing in return. I expect a refund that you withdrew from my account on 05/17/2022 in the amount of 120.00 because I have not had service since 05/13/2022! This company has the worst service imaginable. I lost my satellite internet service in April 2022. I called immediately to understand what was happening--why was I no longer getting internet? There was never any answer to my many calls and voicemail messages. There was no communication from the company to me as a customer. I assumed the company went out of business. Because I work from home and needed internet access, I subscribed to another provider. I continued to call and leave messages with SureSite. Eventually, in June, I connected with Reginald who answered the phone and he explained that I needed a new card or modem, so they sent me one. There were no instructions with the modem. I tried connecting and it did not work. So I called and called again. Then in August I was charged $208.00!!! I kept calling and finally last week spoke with the same guy who tried to troubleshoot, unsuccessfully. He said he would send another modem-- still not received. Meanwhile I spoke with Ashley to get a refund, she keeps telling me she needs to speak with Reginald who has been in and out of the office. Stay clear of SureSite! I am giving one star because it won't let me give no stars. read more

Unreliable at best. The internet service is promised to be unlimited and un-throttled. It is very limited ( only works sometimes after 2am without buffering for minutes at a time or, just timing out altogether) and it is extremely throttled ( fastest speeds are between 1Mbps and 3Mbps). Unfortunately, this seems to be the only option available unless you sign with Verizon DSL. The Verizon option is definitely not a lot better. The excuses I've heard are simply that I live in the middle of nowhere. Although for $120 per month there should be no excuses. read more

I contacted Sure Site by telephone to inquire about there flyer that I received in the mail about there NEW unlimited/un-metered internet service. The customer service associate Heather, was very kind, polite and understanding of my needs. I will say I have had there brand of internet for several days now (Sure Site Home Internet) and it is way better than I could have ever expected. When I signed the contract that was emailed to me, it was very easily understandable, which in this day and time it is hard to put a contract with any business in terms that the average human can understand. I even got to choose my own due date, and that was pretty awesome. When I paid the small activation fee for this self installed service (the modem) (pretty much like plug and play), I was told I would get it within a few days a low and behold it arrived 2 days later. I would definitely recommend this company to all out there. I will give this company from 1 to 10 (10 being the best of everything and 1 being the worst of everything one can expect from a company) a perfect plus score of 10 +++. read more
