I pay for unlimited data and it was fine until the last 2 months…read more last monthly April 2025 I had zero service for 14 days. at least 10 phone calls to get response my Netgear showed zero days left of data but I pay for unlimited it suddenly came on for a few days and finally IT. Ashley, spoke to me 2 times. they were supposed to reimburse me for 14 days no reimbursement. at least 10 more calls, NO RESPONSE11111 Now May and they charged me 130.00 and I have had zero service no return phone calls from billing or IT. at least 10 calls. Netgear says zero data again. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission today also, the better business bureau I would not use them. i learned online that when Verizon towers get overcrowded they slow down or cut off brokers data first vs thier own direct. That is clearly what is happening and they just want take payment for unlimited data but it is not available. since they do not respond I assume they are not open for a business. they could be going out of business since they do not return any calls and keep taking my money. bad bad news. you can get verizon direct home internet as well as T Mobile.

BEWARE: FRAUD This is not a reputable company. Internet goes out and they won't answer the phone…read more Pretty sure they are stealing/misusing the internet access they sell, completely unreliable. Technical help and customer service are non-existent. I would say I don't know how they are still in business, but I do know, it is because they are thieves and do not provide the service per the contract that they promise. I have no internet (for a couple of weeks now) but they have my money. Stopped the auto draft of course but am finding it so unbelievable that they are getting away with this. The company is providing no recourse at all for blatantly breaking the contract they have with me. I will have to pursue legal action for breach of contract. Just to be clear, they have provided absolutely no contact, will not answer the phone and are not at the address listed on their website. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Terrible sales staff. My partner and I visited the store on December 2 in the evening around 7:30…read morepm. My partner is looking for a new smartphone and he's previously used T-Mobile and was pleased with the service. He had cash in hand and was ready to buy but he was so turned off by the sales staffs disinterested attitude and the bait and switch tactics, he ended up walking out of the store. Basically after walking in the store and being ignored by the 3 staff members on duty (store was empty) he approached the sales person and asked what deals were available. After some discussion about the current deals, my partner decided on the 3 month of free data plus a new Motorola A16 phone. We discussed the offer and decided it sounded good. We approached the sales person and told him we were ready to purchase. Suddenly the price jumped from $150 to $215. No explanation or apologies, basically take it or leave it. Finally the sales person reluctantly offered a new deal - a phone of lesser quality and a less expensive plan of $175. And we couldn't look at the phone because it was "locked in the office." Exasperated, we left without purchasing anything. Today we're going to Verizon in Culpeper in search of a phone and a sales person who actually knows what they are doing. We won't be returning to T-Mobile.
