My Dad (who taught HVAC) had cobbled together the whole system to the point where nobody wants to touch it. It obviously needs to be replaced (which we plan to do with Air Row in the spring) but in order to get through the next few months we just needed a quick service. I had a power surge about a week ago. After the power came back up, my outside unit made some terrible noise. After spending quite a few bucks for the replacement just a couple of years ago, I wanted to make sure that nothing was wrong. Called Nick's number, he answered and said that he was on the way to another job but would swing by. Within an hour, he personally came by and did a thorough check on my system. He replaced a part and told me that I had nothing to worry about. I really appreciate that kind of service and the obvious pride that Nick takes in his business.
