And the color options, both in stock & ordering, are quite extensive. I ended up including some industrial pipe pieces that I was using for barn door handles. I have told everyone, including other trades people coming through, people commenting on the rack after seeing it on a Zoom call, friends, etc. & no one had any idea about this finish option. This was taken a while ago, the project is already done but I had ended up sanding all the parts anyway. Josh and the other workers not only helped me feel at ease more with the process, but more so they made me feel I was seen and not alone while going through it. I was give complementaries while I waited what i thought would be a long ordeal but ended up being the quickest experience at a body shop I think i will ever have! He was the first (and ended up being the only) person to respond; I'm actually glad no one else responded to the project we had because Darryl has been so awesome to work with! He is honest, determined, creative with solutions, a great communicator and has a fantastic work ethic. He always kept detailed logs of work performed, going as far as to provide both pictures and video as well as performing a 2-hour test to ensure the solution he had in mind would work. Absolutely outstanding on communication (which is a quality I find that many people). Not only did he do a stellar job and have great solutions for our issue, but he also kept us informed if he noticed other issues around the house that may need attention (overhanging trees, rocks in the yard, loose pipe straps, motion lights not activating). He went above and beyond, even offering to mow the lawn for us because he knew we were strapped for time. Darryl is extremely detail-oriented and is worth every cent of his hard-earned money, and I wish I could hire him to fix the entire house because I know he would get things done right the first time.
