I was a difficult customer that had a subpar experience initially, but they valued me and wanted to make sure I was happy, and they did everything they could to make it right. I took in my vehicle to get the wheels powder coated, and the tires ripped when removed they were removed from the wheels. This happened because my tires were already old, but neither of us realized it when I dropped off the car. Even though the tires were old and it probably should have been me that replaced them, they went ahead and comped me for the cost of the replacement tires. I was extremely impressed with their customer service and dedication to making things right. They don't like to work and they have the worst costumer service I have dealt with. I would recommend the wheel repair shop in Waipahu over this. They quoted me on Monday that my wheel would be ready to be picked up by Thursday and possibly by Tuesday. They will say anything to make a sale. They blatantly lied about that and when I explain to their agent on the phone and she started arguing with me a basically called me a liar on what I was told to begin with. An entire week goes by and they are just now starting to work on my tire. When I dropped it off originally they said I was 5th in line and then when I talk on the phone, after a week of waiting, to see what is up because this is just unacceptable they tell me I'm 30th in line. Im constantly calling throughout the week for updates and the lady lies to me repeatedly. I'm obviously frustrated with them and to get me to calm down I'm continued to be fed lies by them. The welder says I'm free if charge and he'll personally install my wheel on my car. Lol I ended up paying full price and putting it on myself after 8 days of waiting. If you want quality work on your curbed rim! You need to hit up Titanium! Without a doubt they did the job that all the others can't on the island. Everyone turned me down even though I was willing to pay extra, some of the other companies didn't even respond back at all due to my rims having letters on rims.. They did some high level repair on my rim, and it took them a week especially that week was Easter sunday. I felt like I was rushing them due to me leaving the island for work.. seriously the damage on my rim couldn't be repaired in 3days but they did it 5! My expectations where not meet, recently purchased a used Sports car and noticed a vibration when driving at speed, took the wheels to a local shop for rebalance, upon inspection it was discovered the inside lips where bent. I asked around and was recommended to Titanium after my usually place said they do not do three piece wheels. Titanium, stated they were busy and scheduled out a week and needed two weeks and $860 to straighten 4 wheels. after the two weeks passed, I had to call and follow up on my wheels since they did not update me, they were completed or running late. I was told they could not get the rear tires mounted on the rear wheels, they claimed they were too stretched. that did not make any sense as the tires were purchased and installed 4 months earlier at Sam's club and I had the receipt. I told them I would come down and pick up the wheels. I took the wheels and tires to another shop I know and they tires slid on the wheels quickly without issue in a matter of a few minutes. but then it was discovered the one of the tires that they could not get on the wheel had been torn in two places on the sidewall. so I had an extra delay and had to order a a new tire. at first I was not too bother by the loss of a tire as bad luck happens and the tire was used and had about a thousand miles on it. in a few days a new tire was put on the rim so i could finally drive the car. let me say this the lips of the wheels which were bent were all straight to the eye. but when balancing the wheel it was noted the wheel had a slight wobble, but was able to balance out. when I had finally taken the car for a test drive I thought it would be great but it was worse, much worse almost scary, and discovered that they did not rebalance the front tires after repairing the rim. so I had to take the car to the trusted tire shop again.. and when they rebalanced the front wheels I could see yet another wheel had a slight wooble. That is three times I had to go to second place, once for the tires to be fitted on the rear, second because of the undisclosed damaged rear tire and third from them just not rebalancing the fronts. so then I was finally able to drive the car again, 3 weeks this took and it does go down the road as it should. I called and complained. I was told that they don't charge for mount and balance, and they straighten the lips. not the barrels. to their credit the did straighten the lips. and another wheel shop I have used in the past did not want to touch the wheels. but again my expectations was to straighten the wheels so the car would ride smooth. I feel like it was a waste of money. I have already purchased a new set of wheel and wish I was told that it would not come out well in the first place. Maybe they were having a bad week\month as it was also told to me they had an employee out sick and the owner was also having some critical family member issues. I am contemplating to give them a second chance to fix the wooble in the two wheels, but I am also afraid I would get another tire damaged, and currently I don't know how to be the polite person I want to be, when all I was shown was a shit show. read more

I haven't posted a review on Yelp for years, and actually had to re-do my account. But I felt that it was worth it as I wanted to let others know about my experience with Titanium Automotive Solutions. I had read a few reviews and comments and felt that I needed to say that my experience at Titanium was excellent. When I dropped off my og jdm wheels that had some terrible curb rash, Kim was very nice and informative about what to expect. She had pointed out that one of the wheels might still be able to see the damage as it was a bit deep. Told her that what ever they could do would be appreciated. After checking and texting me the estimate, she told me it would take about a week. Less than a week later I was pleasantly surprised to get a text from Kim that the wheels were ready for pickup. Went down to pick up the wheels but they were very busy and had no where to park. I had to park about half a block away. Even though she was busy she greeted me with a smile and helped me to pick up my wheels. The wheels had yellow tape covering the repaired area but since they were so busy I decided to just take the wheels and inspect them when I got home. I was also surprised that when I finished my transaction Kim was actually going to help me carry the wheels to my car. Customer service at its finest :-) When I got home I unloaded my wheels and was like a kid at Xmas. I removed the yellow tape and was amazed that all of the wheels were perfect. They were able to fix it and get me up and running quick Then I cracked the same wheel on the weld and they covered the repair with their warranty. Just awesome. I called them for pricing on a project and he told me that they can do it but can't guarantee when it's going to be done. I'm thinking man.... How long are they going to hold on to my items? Like I need a turn around time so that I'm not waiting around for a whole year!... found out that these guys actually take their wheels to Precision Machinery for repairs. I was thinking how the hell can people run a business with being able to ride their customer a turn around time. First come first serve but man their item can just be sitting ducks! People need their stuff done and people pay to get their stuff done. It's not free service. If anything stop new orders until you guys catch up and out everyone else on waiting list if you guys are that slammed. But saying can't guarantee when it will be finished that doesn't help the customer. They're waiting on their own project to be completed also. They also have their own timeline and priorities. The crew at Titanium are so awesome. My aftermarkets started to wobble BAD. Was able to get my bent rim completely straightened at Titanium. Even after, there was still a wobble and this is when they went above and beyond (the owner Keoni left his other job early just to come investigate the situation..thank you!!! ) & find out I needed hub centric rings. When I dropped my car off for installation of these, they knew I didn't have a ride and was on a tight schedule. They stopped the job they were currently on and installed so fast, I was in, out, and on my way. Nobody else was able or willing to help me the way Titanium did. I wish I could give them more than 2 stars. For their friendliness and wheel repair skills, they get 5 stars. But I can't help but come away a little bit disgruntled from my overall experience. I went in to get a dent on my custom motorcycle wheel caused by one of the many thousands of potholes peppered throughout the entire Island because they were referred by a friend. It was a little challenging trying to find the place in Pearl City Industrial Park and when we did we ended up blocked into the tiny driveway fronting the shop but that's ok. After waiting in my car for about 15 minutes I finally walked past someone helping another customer who I discovered later was the owner to talk to someone about getting my wheel repaired. I was greeted by one of the friendly techs I think his name was Kawika. Anyway, he was very helpful, as was Kim. I asked her if they could fix the dent in the rim and replace the tube within. She said they could do both and gave me the price. I waited 2 weeks before I called for a status on my wheel. It still wasn't done. 3 weeks past and they finally called to come pick up my wheel. The wheel was repaired really well but they had advised me that the wheel wasn't going flat and that they did not install the tube. I picked up the wheel and paid the agreed upon price even though they did NOT replace the tube. When I get home and put the wheel on, it goes flat. I return the wheel to them to install the new tube. 1 week goes by and no call. I call and they tell me that Kim should have called me to tell me that the tire mounting machine was broken and that it will take two weeks for the part to come in. 3 weeks go by and no call. I finally call them and they now tell me that they are no longer able to mount my tube. So I go back AGAIN to pick up my wheel, only to see that it was probably sitting out in the rain because now my wheel bearing is rusted and there water stains on the rim, spokes and hub. I not only have to pay for someone else to mount my tube, which I already paid them for but now I have to replace my wheel bearings and polish the water stains off the rim, spokes and hub. I don't think these are bad people but their business skills and customer consideration needs a lot of work. Overall, if you don't mind leaving your wheels for an unlimited amount of time and are prepared to deal with the parking and the fact that you'll probably have to drive down there to talk to someone then these are the wheel repair people for you. Absolutely the worst customer service I've EVER experienced with any company. If I could give -5 stars, I would. Customer service is beyond flawed, especially when their representatives behind the counter want to challenge you with excuses. The repair work was decent. As a local here, I researched places to get my rim repaired for some curb rash when I had a tire pop on my 2020 Charger. Naturally, I researched and read reviews, even previous ones on here. I was initially quoted a week for repairs. After a week and a day, I heard nothing. I called to ask a status and was told someone would call back. After a week and four days, still nothing. I called and was told the same story. After two weeks and four days, I was told my rim would be ready in a few days and to "wait for the text message." On the day I was suppose to pick up my rim, no text message and a call to them said to be in at 10 am the following day. I showed up the following day at 1030am to give the benefit of doubt. Upon arrival, my rim was still not ready. It needed to have the tire properly inflated and balanced. At this point in time, you can imagine my frustration. The ladies behind the counter could only offer excuse after excuse for which I challenged. One moment is that the "tire tech" who is the "owner" who supposedly doesn't work there didn't come in the day before because he was "stuck in traffic". Another reason was the other tech wasn't coming in because a family member caught Covid-19, but was coming in today. Another excuse was they were extremely backlogged. The day of pick up at 10am, the tire tech didn't show up and was coming in at 3pm. If this was the case, then why didn't anyone call me to say .... don't come in at 10am? My rim was in this shop for 18 days and I never received any updates unless I passive-aggressively called myself to inquire. At any time no one noted that my initial quote of a week would continue to be delayed or even the common curiosity of calling the customer to inform them of the status. Furthermore, when I finally picked up the rim, either Kim or Francie just had an attitude with me the whole time while providing excuses. They kept challenging me, raising their voices to speak over me, and were disgruntle. I expressed several times I know it's not their fault specifically, however, when you are challenging me, raising your voice to speak over me, and only providing excuses - then you're not helping the situation. What ever happened to "the customer is always right?" Because they did not finish the job, I was provided a $50 "discount." I took my rim and tire down the road two miles to Good Year to have them finish the inflation and balancing of the tire. Overall, the whole scenario of doing business with these folks would not have been as bad as long as they could have kept in communication and been truthful along the way. One of the ladies did own up to they should not have quoted a week, however, when the same lady tells me the day prior to arrive at 10am and they KNOW their tire tech isn't coming in to 3pm, there's no excuse to not call, communicate, and have accountability for the service I'm paying them for. Honestly, save your time and go to another place where customer service is respectable, communication is consistent, and quotes are honored and respected. read more

And after driving an hour from Kualoa to their place in Pearl City, I find out that they were closed for the week. Complete waste of time. We came to this place after being highly recommended from a friend. I dont know if you have to spend thousands of dollars in order for them to show some sort of customer service but who knows. This is what happened to us, as paying customers. After searching for this business for about 15 mins (theres no visible signs as where its exactly located) we finally found the front door of the office. We go in to ask for an estimate for a dent in one rim. The woman comes out the office all grouchy like we're bothering her, dragging her feet and rolling her head back like we were literally bothering her! Maybe she was having a bad day, we all have them so hey, I tried looking past it. She tells us they just want the tire and to put the spare on. We had to ask them for help to change out the tire and help put the spare on!!! That blew my mind. From the looks of it on the outside, it wasnt packed with cars, there were no other customers there waiting, so why the lack of customer service?? After having to ASK for help to do something a shop machine could do in a matter of minutes, we went back inside and paid up front the quote they gave us, $210. Upon leaving we get an estimated time of finish to be 3 to 4 days. I was happy it was getting fixed so I looked past the entire customer service experience. THE NEXT AFTERNOON: We get a text message from "the rim doctor" saying the tire was ready for pick up and that they close at 5pm. Not the quote we got but perfect it's fixed! We rushed over there right after finishing work and made it there at 4:30. My husband goes into the office while I waited in the car with our baby, to complete our transaction and he then comes out and he has the tire and is ready to put it into the trunk! I said what's going on? He said they're not gonna help us put it on, let's just park down the street on the side of the road and change it. IT WAS RAINING! WE HAVE A BABY!! WE JUST PAID A BUSINESS TO FIX A RIM ON THE TIRE WE NEED TO USE ON THIS CAR WE'RE DRIVING!! I. WAS. LIVID. My husband is a calm guy and just wanted to get it over with and just get on our way. I usually look past things but this entire experience PLUS now we're on the side of the road for a good 20 minutes IN THE RAIN changing out the spare to put on the fixed tire, that easily would've taken a few minutes at their shop! D I S G U S T E D! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Was it because it was close to 5pm that no one would help us do something so simple?? We didnt deserve a full service? Their website seems to have your back as a customer, but maybe they only pay attention to their high ticket customers?? I'm appalled.. speechless and even disgusted. Thanks for fixing the rim guys but maybe in the future you might want to give a heads up, maybe on that fancy website, that your paying customers will need to change out their tires before and after the service you provide for rim repairs. I wasn't sure that my older Honda was worthy of this shop because all the cars/trucks posted were amazing, but they were highly highly recommended so I tried. My rim was badly damaged from a pothole. However, it's quite ironic to find Kimberly C. on Yelp giving her own business a 5 when she said her business by word of mouth and don't care what one customer has to say because they have a good pool of customers that trust them. BTW, not disclosing full information is also considered a lie Kimberly, which is what you did. I told Kimberly that you can't give people a date and time you can't deliver and execute on time. You are giving false hope and time is money for people. If you say Wednesday, then Wednesday it is. If you say COMPLICATIONS and not explain it, then expect to people to wonder what is going on with their stuff in your shop. If people are gonna give you their money, you better cater to your customers needs without being so rude and being offended that they care about their stuff where they have no knowledge of what's going on. Anyways, the morning my husband called Kimberly, she hung up on the phone. I said "Something is fishy, don't call back but drive and I will come with you". So we were on the way to Titanium and Kimberly C. tries to call back and I told him not to pick him up because how can she rudely hang up and decide to call back. We saw the wheel. HERE COMES OUR REVELATION. However, a birdy told us that for some strange reason, he was told to rush and start on the wheel THAT VERY MORNING. This birdy said our wheel was never even started on ever since my husband surrendered it to the shop. So there were no vague "complications" Kimberly C. claimed, ever. This explains the quick snappy defensive mode she was constantly on. At the time, I wanted to keep it on the down low because we didn't someone to get in trouble but oh well now. Kimberly needs to be exposed. For her #5, she gave us a time and said "I didn't have to tell you to come later." So even though she gave my husband a time, she never mentioned that he was to come later. Kimberly gave my husband a time to come, but not pick up. Confusing. We asked to talk to her husband to straighten up anything because God knows what twisted lie this woman has been telling him. I asked her to also calm down because my husband and I remained calm and I mimicked her actions towards me to show her indecent behavior because things could be handled without all the animosity and negative energy she is sending off. And she explains to me, "I can talk however I want to you! I am the business order and I can do whatever I want! We have been in business for 10 years and people like the work we do. You can write your negative review because you know what? we are word of mouth and we will keep getting business." She apparently does no caret for welfare of her customers because apparently all that matter to her was she got her money and she did the job regardless of what anyone feels. Later on, Firestone messed up my husband's tire and in order to get the same quality before the damage, they insisted to take it to Titanium, and instead of just taking the wheel, Kimberly told Firestone how horrible my husband was and that he's a con. She started a fire between my husband and Firestone. It wasn't her place to do this to anyone for whatever reason. This reflects how she runs business. Let's say even Firestone wanted them to hurry up. So people, if you want to risk into having the worst treatment ever if things don't go your way, just be prepared. Feel free to go to them, but be cautious, and always check on what's going on with your stuff. Ask lots of questions. She tried to sell my husband crappy tires (Falkin). You never know what's going on when you can't see anything. 10 years and this is all they have. Explains why this is all they have. We were originally referred by a friend, but I still chose to "shop around" first. After calling several well-known tire shops as well as some smaller local shops, Titanium was the cheaper place by almost 1/2 the cost of other shops!! We needed to dismount old tires from 4 aluminum rims, mount them onto new tires, and balance them. I asked for new stems as well. I was lucky to get there when I did because a few other customers stopped in after me, and well, parking is pretty tight. Their place was a little difficult to find at first, but calls are answered promptly so getting directions was very easy. The waiting room was very nice and accommodating! Air-conditioned and clean, my hour wait time went very quickly and pleasantly! Should I need their services again, I'll DEFINITELY BE BACK, and, I'll be referring friends and family there as well! Stopped by recently on a Saturday, I had a rear tire that was going down slowly with less than 1000 miles on it, but the tire installation was about 6 months old. The original installer was farther away and I really didn't feel like driving all the way into town since, due to the amount of time that had passed, I was going to have to pay for them to check it out anyway. So, I pulled up... Currently Titanium is going through a rebuilding phase and is going to be called "One Stop" as indicated by the name. No sign on the shop so it was a little hard to find, but since they were working on another car it made it kind of obvious.(duh) Keoni was helpful, and indicated they normally only do appointments on Saturdays and explained about the rebuilding process and what they had in the works including in house powder-coating for customers wanting color changes with fast turn around. (Not up and running yet) They would accommodate me as soon as they finished the van they were working on. Shortly after that my car was in the stall and the one wheel was off and the tire semi dismounted for inspection. They found the area around the valve stem to be corroded from possibly a previous metal valve stem. (I had purchased the wheels used). They cleaned up the area, installed a new valve stem and checked for leaks... PERFECT! Reinstalled the wheel and torqued to proper specs. I settled up the bill and was VERY satisfied with the price. I highly recommend them for your wheel and tire needs! read more

Quoted 4 days for powder coating and inner barrel replacement (which we supplied) on ONE wheel. It took three weeks for completion, and we had to call them to find out it was done. We called multiple times during the three weeks and kept getting told it would be finished by the end of the week. Word of advice, over quote time and finish it early.... my husband was lucky he had a second set of wheels. Only reason why we repaired this wheel was because we didn't want to spend $500 on replacing 4 tires, but we had to do it anyway because this repair took so long. The mechanics was nice and the reception girl was nice. I was in and out and do plan to go back. Thanks too all the other comments I'll be prepared not to deal with the female owner to avoid any unnecessary inconveniences. I'd have to agree that this place is in an industrial area and the yard does seen kind of questionable however the price and service was perfect for what I needed when I needed it. After saying he would take my car and getting conformation to have my car towed to him and when my car was less than five minutes from arriving he text me to tell me he "forgot" that it was going to cost me to leave the car there. Then he text and said it wasn't actually even possible for it to be it there since it was the weekend and he wasn't going to get to it now. I had the car towed as soon as he game me the okay. These guys are very good at what they do! Went to them off of a recommendation from a friend who had his rim repaired by them. After looking and comparing all over the island, One Stop Titanium seemed to be the only all in one place that would do all that I was looking for. I was able to refinish all my rims to like new, buy and install tires, and get a level for a very reasonable price and the work took less than a week, considering the amount of work they had to do on my rims. My only knock on them would be sometimes it was hard to get in contact with them but they did always return calls. Would definitely recommend them for any work you want done to your ride. I made an appt. for a tire service. Hope my review matters for a simple service ;) Before calling here I had a difficult time finding the tire I needed. Other shops kept giving me the run around. I ain't got time for that! So I called One Stop Titanium, bc of their yelp reviews and it was the next closest area to home. On my first call George was helpful. He checked if they had it in the warehouse, hold time was less than a minute, told me the price, and scheduled an appointment. Done done and done! Mind you the price for the specific low pro tires I needed is a good deal. Appt. day, they didn't have their sign but I had an idea where they were. Walked in, friendly greeting from professional local guys, told me est. wait time, small kine talk story. Mechanic didn't take long as I expected, it was only one tire w/ mount & balance. I'm usually sketchy going to new places for car repairs bc of previous car damages, stealing, or straight up f***n' things up, but this place meant well. :)) Thank you One Stop Titanium & keep up the good service professionalism, honesty, integrity. These guys were amazing in every aspect of the word even after my gf forgot to hand them her keys...but the service on point very personable I like that. Prices were very reasonable, the only downside is the location it's very tight quarters. But they get pits running all friendly and would kiss ya than bite ya. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't waste your time with this company and go elsewhere. Wanted to get my rims relipped and this is what they "specialize" in so I gave them a call. The lady asked what I needed to get done and I said from a size 10 down to a 9 and said she would call me back. 2 weeks later, no word so i called back and she said the exact same thing. No word for another week so I decided to call them again, and she replies with "okay bring your rims down and we can take a look and go from there". Came down the next day, dropped them off, left my info and they said they'd get back to me in a day or 2. Waited 2 weeks, called them back and she said she had my rims and was gonna call around. Another 2 weeks go by and nothing, no phone call or nothing. I was so frustrated so I just went down to pick up my rims and just didn't want anything to do with them already. Rims still sitting in the exact same spot I left them at the shop as if nothing was even done or even touched. Go somewhere else, anywhere else but here, they're gonna waste your time.
