The proper sized springs are +-$500 to install. They refused to fix it properly, saying they' d charge me as time has passed. Yes, but it was not insta;;ed properly to BEGIN with. so? The customer service rep that answered the phone was a bit rude, and I tried to explain my problem, but she wasn't very understanding and impatient, and I felt humiliated. When I did call to cancel she sounded happy to, so my assumption is they don't care to service broken garage parts unless they can sell a door. 2) prices to replace the spring system were almost 2x the price of few other companies I called. 3) They could not schedule to fix my door until the next week, so I found another company that could replace my spring system that same week at almost half the price.
